I was to open a studio through Compass Commercial Brokers in March 2020. Unfortunately, Covid began closures mid month. Not knowing the security of the future, it only made sense to back out, which is not what one would like. Though I had signed a 5 year lease, and they were in the middle of my custom build out for the space, Steve was very understanding of the unsure times and allowed the contract to be nullified. I can't say I could have found that compassion and understanding with another broker. The studio will open one day, and it will go through Compass to start it! I can't say enough good

Thank you for guaranteeing my family a rental house in Falmouth! We were set to move in in 2 weeks, signed my children up for sports, you cashed the deposit and first and last months rent. Then 10 minutes before we were to meet at your house , to sign the lease, the phone rang. “Sorry I can’t rent to you because of your dog.” You knew what kind of dog I have... Shame on you. You wasted my time and now my family doesn’t have a house to move into. Apparently this isn’t the first time you’ve done this to someone. If you are looking for a realtor/broker you’d be better off going
