Services
The first Saturday of each month noon. Class lasts approximately 2 hours. Special arrangements for Foundations classes at other times can be made - call or email to set it up. While we believe group classes are the best way to do what we do, we understand some athletes prefer one-on-one sessions to start their Towson Fitness journey.
Bio: Steven began his Towson Fitness journey in 2011 and began coaching because he passionately believes in the life-changing benefits of functional fitness. His goal as a fitness coach is to inspire individuals to make long-term lifestyle changes, and he has found that Towson Fitness's scalable intensity and commitment to functional movement makes it the perfect program for individuals of all ages and abilities.

This community is amazing! I dropped in for a WOD and am sad I can't stay longer. The people here make you feel right at home.
Is the gym fancy? No, but it has all the equipment needed to get a good a sweat. The coaches are knowledable and attentive. If in the area don't be fooled by the looks-- choose the box with heart. ❤

Great place. Friendly, encouraging coaches and dedicated workout partners of many levels of advancement. Nagging injuries and the commute kept me from establishing a routine, (injuries of my own doing, not from the instruction provided here). Will probably be back at some point. Definitely will if I live in, or closer to Towson some day.

This box is relatively small, but the atmosphere is awesome. I dropped in and received a warm welcome. The other athletes displayed a culture of friendliness and desire to improve. The WoD was hard, and the coach gave good tips and encouragement. If you're in the area, do your workouts at C.F. Towson.

Amazing staff. Everyone in the gym has a "can do" attitude. Very encouraging. Workouts are intense, but they really push you to the next level. I'm not the most experienced when it comes to Crossfit, so I don't know if this type of environment is the norm. But I can say that Crossfit Towson made me feel very welcome.

I enjoyed working with the staff and was proud to know that I could endure the workouts inspite of the health issues that I was managing. Most of the staff really pushed me to do my best and the workouts brought out what was really on the inside. Although I became discouraged in the process because it seemed like progress was not being made and the numbers looked like the odds were against me, I'm glad I challenged myself to finish what I started and didn't give up. I'm glad I stood the test and was really surprised at the results of my 6 week weigh in. I actually lost 7% body fat. Thank God for

This was a great crossfit location! All of the instructors and fellow students were helpful and kind, while pushing you to work out very hard. I was only in Baltimore for a few weeks but very much enjoyed these workouts. They were some of the hardest and most fulfilling workouts I have ever done! Highly recommended

The coaches are great, Morgan, Josh, Carol & Darin, they are there to help you with all movements as well encouraging to make sure you get your WOD completed. Convenient location, their schedule hours and days fits anybody's schedule and the variety of plans/discounts they offer, makes it a Great Box to join

I would have loved to join this studio if only they 1. returned phone calls 2. had someone there during business hours on a Saturday to confirm our evaluation date (first Tue and Thur) or each month. The studio looked large enough (multigrage unit) and the two people we met were friendly but none of them worked there (or so they said) and coulnd't help us.

I started going to Crossfit gyms about 8 months ago. I travel for work and have had the opportunity to drop in at several boxes. The gym is definitely my favorite. The most important aspect of a Crossfit gym is the coaches. The coaches at this gym emphasize safety and correct form during lifts. The folks at this box have become family as well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Regardless of your fitness level, if you want to begin a healthy lifestyle or are looking for a change in your exercise routine, I strongly recommend Crossfit Towson.

I joined CrossFit Towson 6 months ago. I was looking for a change and needed something to breakup the monotony of my basic gym routine. I wanted to see what the CrossFit hype was all about. After my first workout... I was hooked! The coaches are awesome! They push you beyond your limits. However, their first priority is safety and proper form. The team camaraderie among the members is amazing! Everyone is very supportive, inspiring and downright fun! We work hard and we play hard. I have been working out at CrossFit Towson since July of 2013, and have nothing but great things to say about the Box, the coaches and the owner. When I first signed up, I was out of shape, overweight and hadn't lifted anything heavy in more than a decade, but the great coaching staff kept me motivated and safe, and the other members provided both inspiration and camaraderie. I quickly dropped over 30 lbs (then added 15 lbs of muscle back on since then). More importantly, my mental focus, toughness and resilience has increased dramatically, and I find I can apply many of the lessons learned
