Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered my call on a Sunday over a holiday weekend and walked me through his process and business. He includes radon in his home inspections which many other companies charge for and his rates truly cannot be beat. He was very quick and professional. He also had lots of appointment times and a quick turnaround which makes a huge difference when you have closing deadlines to meet. He provided detailed reporting from photos to a official document. Brian is a true professional! We had a 10am appointment and when we got there, Brian had already been at the home for 20 minutes performing the inspection on the outside of the home. Brian was patient and kind throughout the entire process. I am a first time home buyer and every detail was explained to me. This company exudes professionalism, patience and punctuality. Brian recently completed a home inspection for us. Actually, he did two, one on a house we thankfully didn't buy thanks to his thorough inspection. Brian was able to respond to my "urgent" request for inspection (isn't everything "urgent'???) immediately and scheduled me the next day. He was there on time and ready to work and just went about his business. He is incredibly personable, friendly and yet totally professional. He looked at everything and was able to give an oral report on the spot followed by his comprehensive report that evening. He is thorough but also practical. Brian is amazing! He did our master bath remodel and hit it out of the park! He could take my basic ideas and transform them into an amazing plan. Brian recently refinished the ceilings in our home with a smooth finish and did an impeccable job! He literally gave lots of "attention to the detail" and ensured there were no seams showing or gaps in the finish. After painting, our ceilings really add a fresh and quality look to our home. Brian recently did a home inspection for me for a house I'm buying in the mountains, and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a home inspection. He was very thorough, answered all of the questions I had, made helpful suggestions for maintaining the various systems in the house, and I like that he only schedules one inspection per day so he's never under any time pressure. He was also clean and careful when doing the inspection(even put on plastic shoe covers when entering the house), which is always appreciated. The report came that same afternoon, and he's always easy to communicate with
