Steve did a thorough inspection and even more comprehensive report on the property we are looking to buy. Super-responsive to questions and really takes the time to explain and answer questions. Especially appreciated the close-up pics of items he mentions in the report and helpful suggestions for repair/replacement. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of having my home inspected by Steve and was more than happy with his thoroughness, attention to detail and personable nature. He took the time to explain his process and methodology of moving through the home to inspect areas. Steve followed through with what he said he was going to do. Steve just inspected our new home and did a fantastic job. We were on the fence about getting a radon test in the new home, he brought the equipment with him, set it all up, but then pointed out that the house had a radon mitigation system installed and advised us to save our money instead of getting the test (because the radon mitigation system was working perfectly). Steve is GREAT! Very through and honest! I appreciated his point of view and he was really personable. He has been in the business a long time and really knows what he is doing.
