Our home inspectors provide property inspections in Southern Arizona and the greater Tucson metro area: including Pima, Pinal, Cochise, and Santa Cruz counties.
We strive to offer simple up front pricing. We try to keep miscellaneous fees to a minimum to take the guess work out of pricing, and make comparison easier for our clients. This inspection is ordered by the potential buyer of a property. Generally during the 10-day inspection period granted in most Arizona Real Estate Contracts. This inspection will reveal any findings to the buyer, and the buyer then chooses to proceed with the sale, counter offer, or in rare cases back out of the deal.

Marc Richter of Hands-On Home Inspection is “forensic” home inspector. He thoroughly examines your home from the foundation to the roof including your landscaping. Once he completes a property assessment, he provides you a detailed color code report of any home repairs needed, usually the next day. When I had my property assessment done, his attention to details, whether it was property drainage or cracked ceilings, was remarkable. As first time home buyers, we were a bit terrified of spending all of our savings and mortgaging ourselves for 30 years, and then finding out we'd purchased a "money pit".
