We simply had an overall great experience touring and applying for this apartment. Its exactly what weve been searching 3 months for! The staff answered every question we had with ease and made us feel very welcome. I also felt like they wanted us to live here. Not because we were paying to but because they truly enjoy this complex and its community.
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

PEST PROBLEMS
Staff is friendly and courteous, appliances work well, amenities are great, it’s a very quiet community, and I love the layout and spaciousness of my apartment.
If it wasn’t for the pest problems, I could rate higher. Ants all over the ground floors making it hard to enjoy sitting by the pool or fire pit.
First year of living here I had no problems in the apt other than occasional spiders and ants. This second year, I dealt with a gnat problem for 6 months even though I have nothing that would attract them (plants, sitting water, dirty apartment, etc). I appreciate the staff

We have only been here a short time but any issues we have had have been resolved quickly, DJ part of the maintenance crew is very professional and knowledgeable, he is great! If I had one negative to mention, and this is more about residence than Bell Lake forest itself, people are provided bags and receptacles to dispose of their pet waste and will STILL just leave in just feet from the doggie stand. Maybe some cameras and stiff fines would help in this matter. Please pick up after your pets!🐾

I've only been a resident for a week, but I knew this place was home before I ever signed a lease. Maintenance is so friendly, as are the staff in the leasing office, and the whole community is so quiet. I'm very pleased with how seriously the staff takes work orders as well as simply making sure you feel at home. My apartment is so beautiful! I have no intentions of moving until I plan to buy instead of rent. Special shout-out to Laura the property manager, who not only remembered me months after I toured, but remembered the random things we talked about!

I just have to say the way I was treated was just amazing. I’m look to relocate to the Sanford area and was calling around all last week asking question. I must say the property manager Laura was amazing. Her energy was felt immediately through the phone. Her willingness to answer and didn’t treat it as if it was a bother. I love living at Bell Lake Forest. It is a beautiful gated apartment community and offers great amenities. I feel really safe and comfortable here. The staff is always willing to help but it can be hard to get a hold of them on the weekends. Both the exteriors and interiors of the complex are well kept. The valet trash is definitely a big plus and makes life so much easier. It is usually very quiet other than when the daycare next door has the kids out to play or the occasional loud neighbor. Not really sure why I'm seeing any negative reviews? I'm not a yelp type of person, but this place deserves it! I have never loved living in an apartment so much! The space is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, and the location is perfect. You get so much here for what you pay, especially for the area. The gym is great, the pool is beautiful, having valet trash is so awesome, upgraded apartments are beautiful, and if you have an issue they fix it right away. Our air stopped working around 10:30 on a week night, and one of the guys came over as fast as he could and fixed it! And the

I will not renew my lease here. Before I moved in, I asked about the noise from upstairs neighbors and they said quote "I have never heard anyone complain." I find that extremely hard to believe when I have on several occasions complained about the thumping and television or music from my upstairs neighbors. I have called- day and night to complain, but the noise continues. I do not believe the front office even called, despite them telling me that they would. I've had to call the night duty officer who instructed me to call the police for any noise complaints- dogs barking until

After living here for the past year, I cannot with good conscious recommend this place to someone. This is a money hungry company which has no customer service skills. I was out of air conditioning for 10 days in the middle of May because every time I called to say my AC wasn't working, they kept replacing the coolant instead of checking for a leak. When they did finally find the leak, they told me it would be about 5 days before they could get the replacement tube.
