Any in person business will be conducted by appointment only and must be requested by phone or email. We are an affordable housing Sanford apartment community and do accept Section 8 vouchers. However, you must meet our income requirements in order to qualify to live at Huntington Reserve Apartments.
Services
From Orlando - Take I-4 and head North towards the Sanford Area. Exit at West Lake Mary Blvd and head east approximately 3.5 miles towards Country Club Rd. We are just ahead on your left across from Lake Mary. From Deltona - Take I-4 and head South towards the Sanford Area. Lake Mary may be only 30 minutes from Orlando and 45 from Daytona Beach, but residents have plenty of shopping, restaurants and events in their own backyard.
Two separate mony orders. One for the application fee and one for the $100 holding fee. Picture ID (on all adults); Social Security Card (everyone in the household) and Birth Certificates (children under 18 years of age). Electricity must be turned on prior to move-in day. Keys will not be given until all paperwork is completed and monies are paid in full by Cashiers Check or Money Order.

Lots of mold, they have you keep your air conditioning on to help reduce the spread of mold. The cabinets fell cause of how old the apartments were. Staff was nice, but maintenance took forever to fix anything.

Irma is great but Linda is mean! I lived there for 4 years, always paid rent on time and always cleaned after my dogs and sometimes other dogs. Terrible mold in my apartment and children are NOT allowed to play outside. They allow some people to do whatever they want and other people get harassed for no reason other than Linda doesn't like them. I didn't even receive notice that my lease wasn't being renewed - didn't find out until I called. Do not move there!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are going up on the rental rates but nothing is being updated or remodeled. The maintenance men take weeks to fix a simple repair. Everything has to be ordered when a work request is submitted. It seems the lady (new) in the office has "certain" people that she targets. Yes, the price may be reasonable but this place is far from great. Please look elsewhere.

Its upsetting how by the time i get home and need to go to the office its already closed. it clearly says that they close at 6pm and they already closed at 5.

Apartments need updating. Office staff is great but owners don't invest in landscaping, remodeling. Beware of income restrictions. Any $ gifts or misc, temporary income can get you EVICTED with a one week notice, no matter what your explanation.
WARNING: THEIR LEASE STATES THEY CAN RAISE THE RENT WITH ONLY A 30 DAY NOTICE. I had 2 rent increases within a 6 month period . Rent started at $875 and ended up _1,100. You have been warned!!!

They are the worse apartments in florida an they dont want to fix anything if u have kids beware of the mold n da apartments.

Well my ex wife applied for an apartment and explained to these people that she needed it by June and they were for sure they were going to have one available by may or June now that she finished the application paid them they don't know when something will become available , you guys need to do better

Irma Irma Irma I love Ms. Irma she's the best, she works the hardest and has kept the front office maintained for years. I decided to move because I needed more space. I went from three to five kids. If my family wasn't so huge, I would've renewed my lease. I will miss Ms. Irma.😒😢😍😍😍
