Alta Mar offers an array of amenities for our residents from the spa and swimming pool to on-site maintenance and management. We strive to make you as comfortable as possible, with spacious units and washer/dryer connections in the apartments. If you're looking for a new home, look no further Alta Mar is the place for you.
For your convenience, all units include a private patio or balocny and spacious walk-in closets. Choose from one, two or three bedroom home for your family. Washer and Dryer connections are available in select units. Adjusting your move-in date or lease term will adjust pricing. Payment of the application fee will lock the rental rate for only the selected lease term and move-in date.
I've been a tenant for over 3 years and the maintenance team and administrative staff here is amazing! Any issues I've h. Any issues I've had have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. Victor and Courtney, especially, always have a friendly demeanor and do what needs to be done to remedy any concern.

Highest crime rate in the area, rude management, trash everywhere , broken bottles and BULLETS YES BULLETS on the sidewalk. Management is a joke and hasn’t fixed any of the maintenance issues I have asked of them. My shower still leaks daily. Not to mention the fact that I have paid THREE DIFFERENT RENT PRICES since move in. They don’t have anything in line here and it’s so gross I’m suprised the roaches even stay. Yes, there’s roaches EVERYWHERE. RUN FAST AND HARD. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

Do not rent here. There is a few nice people that work in the office but that’s as far as it goes.
No maintenance team since I’ve moved in. (Nearly impossible to get anything fixed unless you literally beg. Expect to be stood up multiple times first.). I had issues in my unit on move in day and they weren’t fixed until 4-5 months In.
The office and phone lines are almost always closed even when the front office should be open.
There is consistently an OVERWHELMING amount of trash thrown all over the complex or piled up in front of the trash area. (See photos).

If i could give -10000 starts I would definitely give it to them! WORST experience eeveeer. I can’t wait to get out of here. The whole team is missed up there is no one helping and it’s ALWAYS your fault. They are full of lies and they know it! They never answer the phone nor their email, you have to walk to the office which is CLOSED most of the time????? the door is locked and you have to wait outside until they notice your existence! They also leave their offices earlier than 6 so don’t bother going their after 5. LITERALLY THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE THING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPLEX. DO NOT

If you are a contractor or ANYONE they call to do work, do NOT do it unless your paid up front! It’s been 60 days and we are being ignored for work that was completed… no response, no answer, just ignored. Cheryl- the “property manager” responded ONE time saying she’ll let us know when the check is cut. This is ridiculous and all we want is the money we worked hard for.

Horrible experience! I have lived in some dumps before but never had an experience like this. My niece was moving from out of state for a job under the impression from Jennifer that she had an apartment. Jennifer both told her over the phone she had a particular apartment she applied for and also told her that over the email. Then, Jennifer stopped returning contacts altogether to the point I had to physically visit the office. Lived here 4 years. Understand ing but that was in 2018. Idk how it's been since I left. I had issues with rats that I took care of.... Roaches all the time. But I think because noone respect s the trash and just dump it for the maintenance to clean it up. I feel bad for maintenance. Trash was an issue cause ppl just throw it next to. Ppl have no respect for other ppls living situation s. The apartment crew shouldn't have to deal with the community trashijg the place. Also. AC was so expensive. They would not get a new ac for my unit.

This apartment complex was continually frustrating to deal with, and as soon as the lease was up I was out. Nobody ever answers the phone, and the ladies in the office are very kind but did end up making some false promises. There is an extra fee per month if you have a lease less than 12 months, which we agreed to. That fee wasn't showing up on our bill, and we were worried about either being locked into a 12 month contract or having a lump sum charge at the end of the lease, so we called multiple times and eventually went into the office and asked. They assured us that they couldn't change it
