Office staff never answer phones. Building entrance are discuissting, they pressure washed the units and still they are nasty. Cant wait for my lease to be up. $1700 plus is mortgage money.

I applied a few weeks ago and was close to getting the apartment. But the process took longer than expected so I found another place but never received my administrative fee back. I was told that if I didn’t get the place I would be refunded the administrative fee of a $100. I was emailed by Tori asking about my move in but I stated that I considered another place and if I would be able to get my administrative fee back. She never emailed me back!

I stopped by the apartments to do a tour because I have to move into a new place fairly quickly. When I pulled into the parking lot, there were signs that said to park and call and then an agent would come out to help. I parked and I called the office 3 times and each time my call was unanswered. I went to the door to see if maybe they were out for lunch and I saw all the employees sitting by the door in a "meeting". Eventually someone came to the door to tell me they were in a meeting and said that I couldn't do a self-tour because they were in their meeting. I went around 2 PM and the office

My first experience with the leasing mgr. was great, she settled me in nicely. My boys love the soccer field which is quite rare in apartments, the spacious rooms was and is my attraction. Mgnt. can do better with the consistent broken entrance gates, had few challenges with maintenance request in the past but was later resolved. Safe and quiet place, but a lot of room for improvement such as perks for renewal etc.

This apartment is probably standard as far as Pinnacle Apartments go. Im not sure if its just my unit but this is the darkest place I have ever lived. There are only 2 Windows and a patio door window and since I am facing the woods there is little to no natural light. There are no ceiling lights in the bedroom or living room so you have to have lots of lamps if you want to be able to see. Also, I am on the ground floor so the air vents are in the ceiling and in really awkward places. For example, in the bedroom the vent is in the middle left side of the ceiling making the air flow either too strong

These are nice apartments but we had a horrrible experience. There was a “promo” going on for free application & admin fees but it did NOT work online. Called about it and they reassured that it was there when it wasn’t.. so whatever we paid $200 to apply, asked about offer letter being okay because we were relocating but the offer letter didn’t have enough info. My bf job recommended the apt complex to fax employent verification sheet over to them so that they can fill it out & send it back. Called the apartment multiple times within 2-3 days and asked if they faxed it over and they were

Great location. Receptive toward the residents. Go above and beyond there job description. People in the office are nice. Apartments are well kept. Good size and enough storage. Quite complex. I only left due to my job moving its location. Antwinette assisted me with my relocation and time so pleasant that i decided to continue to stay with pinnacle.

I've lived here for three now and I love it. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and everyone on staff was very helpful. Maintenance is always available even after hours and they are great in emergency situations. I also have school aged children and this is very safe environment, which was very important to me. The grounds are always neat and clean. All in all, this is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
