I have been living at the Villas at Hannover for four years. My experience living here has been GREAT. I recently renewed my lease for another year. Sandy (Property Manager) and Maria are Always very professional and make sure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. The grounds of the property are very well kept and you're always greeted with a smile when entering the Leasing Office.

I’ve called and called to get maintenance to come out. I’ve waited OVER A MONTH . There’s a different excuse every single time. That’s when they actually answer the phone. Then when you go to the rent office they’re just sitting there at the desk ignoring the calls.
They want the rent payed on time so therefore we should be able to call maintenance and they come in a timely manner.

The worst apartments I’ve EVER LIVED IN! Staff is very unprofessional. They sit at their desk all day long and still refuse to answer the phone. They won’t come fix anything. They banned me from coming in the office because I complained about how unprofessional they are too much. They won’t give me the correct corporate number after I have asked on multiple occasions it’s a different number every time. They are TRASH in that office! MANAGER DIDNT CALL BACK AFTER SHE SAID SHE WOULD.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! They can't even manage simple paperwork let alone a property. They were supposed to send my renewal 2 months ago and are now attempting to nearly double my rates. They charge for services on your rent that you don't get. The leasing office rarely answers the phone and if they do, they refuse assistance. It's an extremely over priced ghetto. I have never seen such poor management and such illegal activity from a property in all my life. Save yourself and rent from one of the other 10 complexes on the street.

It’s a nice place to live and a mixed diversity. Now we got irritated about the gate being broke at times, because some people whoever, I wouldn’t know. My husband and myself have lived there 2years and didn’t have no problems other than that. It’s a nice quiet place to live, people walking their dogs, the gym, and now a amazon hub there (packet drop off box and pick up). Oh and it’s a reasonable price being what the market is, until you buy your new home🤗

Waited a few extra days to move in because I was told that they needed more time to get my apartment ready. Well the only thing that seemed to have been done was paint and cleaning the carpet. They didn't clean the refrigerator, they didn't clean the kitchen counter tops, they didn't clean the stove, trash and debris was left outside of my unit, exposed wires from air conditioning unit (hazard), they didn't clean the toilet and the carpet was still wet as if they had just cleaned it the morning of my move in. Also the keys that I received didn't work for all of my apartment doors.

Stayed in this community for 2 years before transitioning to my home. My time there was very enjoyable and peaceful. The one issue i had was resolved. The 1 bedroom with attached garage was my oasis for my time there. Great size floor plan and the garage added additional privacy. The grounds are well kept and a sight to see when taking a walk. Stay to yourself and mind your business and your time living there will be enjoyable...it worked for me.
