This is a terribly managed complex. There are a litany of things to complain about. I’ve lived here for nearly three years and never used the pool due to closure. The gym has been closed the majority of the time. The gate is always broken. The call box has barely worked or been broken as well. Additionally, the water is always being cut off. As of today, 12/4/21 my water was turned off without prior notice and I was not even sent an email or called informing me it was turned off. I find it funny it takes two to three weeks for someone to respond to a maintenance request but they can arbitrarily

If i could leave 0 stars i would . They are so quick to give you a notice if you are one day late of paying rent but let it be a maintenance job you need done … they don’t do anything around . the people in the office are rude and disgusting .. No air for a few days and nobody fixed anything .. they brush everything off like it’s nothing .. oh and not to mention if you live here and you forget your card they won’t let you in … the code doesn’t even work .. .. sheila or whatever her name is was the worse … u guys are terrible every single one of you 💗

Avenue 33 isn’t what it seems. The trash over flows every week causing flies and birds around the community. The gate is always broken, the code gate doesn’t work, the Utilities aren’t being serviced as they should due but still has to paid. The new management has terrible customer service. Prior to the new management my complaints and services were taken seriously and handled ASAP. With the new management I’m constantly being turned around due to the level of concerns that has be taken care of before mine or low staffing. The amount of excuses I received for the last two weeks for maintenance

As of 7/19/2021.These apartment are a shell dressed up with palm trees. black mold under sink on all window seals, AC constantly goes out, very old duct system that is filthy and they never change the filter unless you ask them, water will be turned off every month for repair, very bad water leaks, low water pressure, trash on property overflowed on the weekends, gate always broken, call box broken, fake amenities pool has never been open for whatever reason. work orders take forever to fulfill, the "not enough staff" excuse is in full effect. it's been this way since we leased so we will not be

The office staff changes over night. Just when I thought we getting someone good in the office our new assistant manager. She’s gone. She was pleasant, listened and addressed all my concerns. Explained my late fees to me and scheduled a time for maintenance to come and fix everything that had been broken or leaking since I moved in February 2021. I will not be renewing my lease.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and my experience thus far has not been a good one. The leasing agent told me I had a parking spot but never mentioned a cost, it took me 8/9 months of inquiries to find out I had no spot and I’ve had to park so far away from my building 70% of the time. My apartment itself was not up to par when I moved in. Looks fine but my outlets have never worked properly even though maintenance has been out several times, and my refrigerator had leaked since day 1. The gate is always broken. People pass by you and being ignorant at the gate. They should invest some money for a sign to let ignorant people know not to pass by once someone is opening the gate. It takes forever to get someone from maintenance. etc. I am not a resident of this complex but I am visiting a friend a lot of times and people are not taking care of things. As much money as they charge for rent.. you would think that they have enough money to fix the gate or other things. I would not recommend this place at all.

I been living here at avenue 33 for about 8 months now. Everything has been perfect for me and my family. Our office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance here has been incredibly, alot of the time they come fix request either same day or the very next day. I have no complaint within the community. The only thing that may keep from renewing my lease is that the rental cost is not worth the square footage. The units here are so small it's not enough space for me compared to the rental price.

This New Management team is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and loves to retaliate if you make complaints. I have been complaining about the AC, water, and thief at our apartment. So they decide to make up a lie and then threaten to send us a 7-day move out notice bc we complained about the issues. It has been over 80 plus degrees in our home and they send us a notice. Who does that. The water comes out brown some times in which can cause harm to people but they do not want us to complain about brown water. I promise this is the worst apartment complex ever in which has been taken over by PEAK
