Do not move here! They do not care about their residents. During they pandemic, they did nothing to help their residents. Just tagged on fees, after fee, after fees. The customer service is nice at first then goes down hill. The maintenance and quick fixes are horrible, they market stainless steel appliances that rust quick because they are cheap appliances. I see so many roaches in the breeze ways. Save your money! Go somewhere else.

I highly recommend anywhere but this place!! Maintenance is sorry and unprofessional, apartments not up to par. Then they overcharge for a mold infested unit with old outdated appliances. I had an maintenance emergency and the on call guy told me it was not an emergency!! Please don’t waste your time. As soon as my lease is up I’m moving!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have never had any reason to complain about anything as I have been very satisfied with my experience thus far. I moved in the complex in March. I have put in 2 maintenance request almost every month. One is consistently for my toilet being backed up. The maintenance team won’t properly drain the toilet so it keeps getting back up. Both toilet had mold and rust when I moved in. They will not replace them. Most of the outlets in my home don’t work. I have two work orders that are both currently aging at 2 two weeks because maintenance hasn’t come yet!!!! And I called the leasing office and was told since it was not an emergency they will come when they can. It’s not worth to live somewhere where there
