So long as funds are available, funds due to Opulent RE are billed to owners property accounts. Our standard management fees fully cover managing maintenance needs that arise organically from your tenant.
By referring us a tenant we will have established a "Referral Based Transaction". Because you referred us this tenant and your brokerage will not be listed, signed or acknowledged on any of the lease documents the transaction is treated as a "Realtor Referral" thus "Non MLS" is required on the "Selling Agent Field in MLS" per MLS data requirements.

They also know how to keep tenants happy which is more than I can say for my previous manager who would just collect rents every month but not give any updates on the current state of the building.

I recently moved to the city and I was on the lookout for an apartment. Its difficult finding apartments in big cities, especially since there are so many choices. I have been with Opulent Real Estate for about six months now. They are always available to answer any questions I may have, and company representatives are quick to respond if there's an issue.
