I have never really gone to a Chiropractor but since my glute and hamstring has been bothering me for nearly a month I googled Montauk Chiropractor and found Dr. Harry, whose office is near the Montauk LIRR train station.
I was quite surprised. He knew exactly what to do and did a great job so much so that I signed up for a 5 pack of appointments. Good job.

I was out in Montauk for my wedding and I was in desperate need of relief. I am so thankful that Dr. Roher was able to see on such short notice. I called that morning and I was able to see him a couple hours later. I’ve been to many chiropractors and he was the best I’ve ever been to. My body felt a world better after seeing him. He even sent me a text the next day to make sure I was feeling okay! 5 stars! Thank you!

Dr. Harry Saved The Day!
While I can't put my finger on the exact reason my back went out 3 days ago, it's not hard to figure out that it had to be some combination of exercising too much, too soon (after giving birth) along with the stresses of juggling work while raising an infant.
My back suddenly became so bad that it felt like lightning bolts were shooting through every ounce of my body when trying to get out of bed. In other words, I COULD NOT GET OUT OF BED FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. Not fun... especially when I needed to be available to take care of my baby boy.
