Our home inspections come with an easy to follow digital inspection report complete with HD pictures and videos. We provide your inspection and then deliver your inspection report within 24hrs or even sooner sometimes! After spending many years in the home building materials industry, we developed a strong sense of how a home works.
If you live in an older home, you might not have as many electrical receptacles as you would like, and you might even find that there are a lot of ungrounded receptacles. Unfortunately, there isn't always an easy way to fix this. If there isn't a ground connection. There are many different things you can do to improve the appearance of your home, some taking more time and effort than others.
Please Note: West Inspect has a $50 cancellation fee if the inspection is not canceled within 24hrs of the appointment. We request a credit card number to hold your inspection time as our schedule fills up fast. We do not charge the credit card unless the inspection is canceled without 24hrs notice.

Shay was amazing to work with on my home inspection. Overly communicative through the whole process, thorough and detailed in the report, and walked me through so many different things in the house. Answered my questions without making me feel like any of them were silly. He took his time and made sure nothing was missed and managed to turnaround the report in less than 24hrs. Shay was great to work with. This was my first time going through the inspection process and his attention to detail and knowledge really helped to put me at ease. Shay was great. He was very communicative prior to the inspection, answering all of my questions. When he arrived (a few minutes early), he was personable, upbeat, and answered more questions I had come up with since our last email.
Shay was very professional, explaining how the process was going to work, what he needed from me (very little), and bringing important things to my attention immediately. He was thorough and efficient. He had said the process would take between 1 and 2 hours and he was done right around the 1 1/2 hour mark.

Late in our review -- Shay was fantastic and gave us the most thorough inspection. He didn't just inspect, he explained every tiny step of his inspection and what we should be looking out for in the long run. Great home inspector and very thorough!! Our realtor recommended Shay to us since we were new to Washington and buying a home. Holy moly! I never thought I'd leave a review for a home inspector, but Shay came out to do a pre-inspection for us and I couldn't be more impressed. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and accomodated our super tight timeline for an inspection before the offer review date. I followed him throughout the inspection and he was very patient throughout the process with all the questions I was asking him about what he saw, definition of things, how to maintain, and repair items. Shay was great to work with. He inspected 3 homes for us while we were searching and was very thorough with diagnosis, next steps and even ballpark figures for how something might set us back. He's measured when he provides particularly negative detail about a home, which is insanely important when it comes to particularly pre-inspections. There's a reason I used West Inspect 3 times.
