We use the latest technology through Spectora for our Home Inspection reports. It allows us to add many high-quality images, and provide the report to our clients very quickly - usually the same day! Repair Request Builder - include all or some of the repairs recommended, include credit requested, and any notes needed.

I recently requested a home inspection and Blake from Marigold Inspections came out to the property. He was professional and friendly. As I was not feeling well that day, he set up a video chat with me to walk through the property as though I was there. He was patient with me and my questions and took the time to explain the necessary concerns. Awesome job Blake!!

We had a great experience with Blake. On the phone beforehand, he clearly explained the inspection procedure, and discussed additional inspections that we might want done, as well as their cost. At the inspection, he walked us through each room and took his time to explain findings in detail. The inspection was very informative, and on top of that, he was very friendly! Would definitely recommend.

As a real estate agent, who I recommend to my clients is critical to my business. I have use Marigold multiple times and they are by far the best company in the area.
