Would not recommend this hotel to anybody, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lost a personal item at this hotel, been calling for three weeks about this personal item and I have not heard back from them once, wouldn’t even let me go look in the room myself to see if I could find my personal item, and front desk would always place me on a long hold, I was never able to talk to housekeeping or the hotel manager. Do not say here, wouldn’t even wish on my worst enemy for them to stay here either. They also did not have any more wash clothes, The towels were very thin and looked as though the stitching

This place was horrible, do not go unless u don't care about the cleaness, customer service, or being comfortable. And who ever delegates the maintenance needs to follow up and check their work unless of course their expectations are just as low as everything I mentioned above (about it being horrible). Do better!

DONT even think about coming here -1 star if it were possible. Our FIRST room seemed decent but upon further inspection, we had random pieces of metal sticking out of the bed frame. Let’s not forget the disgusting shower which in fact didn’t drain any water. The place was filthy and wreaked of mildew. We went down to swap rooms and after about 20 minutes of other people complaining we got one. IT WAS NOT ANY BETTER. We actually had an operating shower (still disgusting and hair everywhere) however we still had a broken bed..yes the entire bed frame was cracked down the middle, folding it almost

My adult daughter and I stayed at this hotel one night due to an early flight in the morning. We stood in a line going down a slanted driveway. According to the staff no disability assistance nor rooms existed. The attendants were inattentive and exhibited difficulty checking people in. It took two hours to get our room. The room, and hallways were dirty. The overall appearance was very questionable. The door keys were incorrectly programmed, and we had to return to the front desk twice. After we returned from a dinner we were locked out of the hotel at the back, where we were required to park

Let me tell you some thing that online travel agents don't want you to know about. When reserving resorts use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They easily have the best deals on rooms! Way better than using orbitz, priceline, agoda. Take my word for it!!!
I'll give my honest review. I booked this room in that hotel in 2013 and paid only $38 per night. As you can see, I had 2 beds and I came alone. I also had a microwave, fridge, TV, and a small safe. The A/C was really freezing.. The customer service was great. Honestly, I recommended this hotel and I would give it another rating star. This

Great location, very clean, smelled great upon arrival, towels, soap, clean sheets & pillows, toilet paper etc is supplied in abundance. Can't complain about this location at all especially after reading all the bad reviews. The Floridian must've listened and improved. Would definitely recommend. Can't go wrong with prices way more competitive than most hotels around here
