Boston Animal Hospital have provided quality and genuine care time after time - from simple annual check ups to more serious surgeries. If our cat and dog could speak human, they would say thank you! My dog receives excellent care at Boston Animal hospital. The staff is great, appointments are easy to book and the hospital is clean and professional.

75% of cats and 85% of dogs over the age of 3 years old have some degree of periodontal disease. Dental disease can affect the heart valves, liver and lungs within years if not addressed early. The large majority of animals will not show any symptoms of dental disease, they will still eat, chew their toys, and wag their tails when you get home.

Boston Animal Hospital has really set the bar high for vet services. My dog Boeing is a bit neurotic (like me haha), has a variety of heath quirks, and a world traveler.
I was first introduced to the crew a little under a year ago when Julia and Dr. Evans helped me get Boeing all prepped and ready for a summer in Portugal. Both were so knowledgeable and had open lines of communication. After moving to the city, I knew Boston Animal Hospital was the place for Boeing.
Fast forward ~6 months, Boeing and I are extremely gracious for the team. Dr. Schaffer keeps me in the loop more than most human

Just had my first experience here with my kitten, Liet, and I was so impressed I felt the need to leave a review. Everyone was extraordinarily kind, professional and knowledgeable, and had nothing but good things to say about my rather uncooperative cat. I will absolutely be returning here for all my veterinary needs for years to come.

Trash hospital! Overcharge and bad service! Don’t do International Health Certification! We’re charged over $1,000 for this single program. All my friends did the same program at the similar period in other MA hospitals, which only costed around $400. Someone told us that they would offer promotion if we would like to pay full price initially. Later, no one is responsible for this promotion. They tried to pass the buck again and again. They clearly knew that we’re not going to stay in the USA for a long time since we did the International Health Certification. That’s how they make black

I’ve had nothing but the best experience at Boston Animal Hospital! They’re so caring and I never feel like my dog’s needs aren’t met. Although I can’t be in the room physically with my dog whenever she has a check-up due to COVID-19, I’m always 100% comfortable in knowing she’s being taken care of. We will be moving to another part of Boston soon and even though there’s another hospital closer to our new home, I rather make the longer commute here so that she continues receiving the best care possible.

Do not come here for international travel documents. I payed $354 for titer test, yet you won't get original copy which you will need for traveling. It's another $50 dollars just to get the original copy. Also, health certificate service is also way over charge nearly* $1,100. The whole purpose of international department is too rip you off.

I had a really incredible experience with this vet care. After searching thoroughly, I landed here and it was luckily very close to my house. The vets and assistants were so caring and I always felt like my Frenchie was in good hands. Prices are very reasonable and they are up front about your options, so you don't feel tricked. I moved from Boston, but would recommend this vet to anyone who is looking.

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions. My Lexi had a growth removed today, they called me when she was done. When I picked her up, the tech explained everything. The facility is clean and decorative with comfortable seating and coffee 😊💜. And the price was right!!! I will be taking my Lexi there in the future! Thank you to all that cared for my girl 🙏

Dr. Evans and the staff at Boston Animal hospital have been nothing but amazing with our Winnie girl. They are quick to get back to you with any questions you may have. They genuinely care about Winnie and that is obvious in their interaction with her during our visits.i highly recommend bringing your fur baby to Boston Animal hospital!

We've been coming here for over a year since we moved to Dorchester. Everyone is great, from the front desk to the techs to the vets. It's easy to make an appointment though short notice can be a challenge. To be expected with a popular veterinary hospital. They've done a good job squeezing us in when they can or giving over the phone advice. We also appreciate their follow up calls to make sure everything is going well after an unplanned visit. Their relationship with Red Dog daycare helps streamline a lot of preventive care as well.

They are wonderful. We have been going here for years with our two cats. One was an allergic little mess and they never pressured us like the other vets to retest her again and again.
Recently that little kitty developed cancer, she was 16 so it wasn’t surprising. We decided not to pursue surgery or chemo as I had just gone through the exact same… cancer with a human and knew all efforts would be fruitless and painful.
BAH were marvelous in guiding us through the end of life and on the last day when we had to euthanize our little family member. Private room, plenty of time and so much

Brought my dog here because it didn't go well at her previous vet. She is a super fan of Red Dog so I thought the hospital next to it might be better for her. It turns out to be a magic place! Dr. Evans is very knowledgeable and professional. He really knows how to deal with different dogs. He immediately figured she's just protective of her owners and got along with her. The overall experience is so great.
