Such a great place, there was an issue with my dogs skin that I wasn’t sure if it warranted a vet appointment. I emailed them pictures asking and they got back to me within an hour telling me what they think it may be and symptoms to watch out for. They squeezed me in the next morning for the vet to look at him when there was no availability till next week and got him on antibiotics instantly. They also make the dogs feel so comfortable and dont get annoyed if you have a super hyper dog like some other places. Best vet I’ve been to yet!

Lucy turned 12 today. A few days ago she was not feeling well - symptoms included diarrhea, vomiting and lethargy. I called Boston Veterinary Clinic (Bay Village location) and was able to get an appointment right away. Everyone I came in touch with - from the folks who answered the phones to the staff at the front desk, from the tech who did the initial evaluation to the veterinarian who looked after Lucy - was extremely professional, helpful, and caring. The vet explained the necessary tests and options, taking the time to make sure I understood what was going on and how Lucy could feel better

We took our dog here after bad experiences at another vet. I can’t recommend them enough. Our dog gets super anxious and is not great at the vet but the techs were REALLY great. Reception was also very friendly and ready to give your pup some treats when you arrive. Great vet in Boston!

This was my first time here as I just moved to Boston. I brought my cat, Lulu for a visit and was so happy with the care and service provided. Everyone was so friendly and made it as fear free as possible (although she is a scaredy cat, this was the best she's done at a vet). I will definitely be coming back for all vet needs 😊

Dr B and everyone at Boston Veterinary Clinic are amazing - so kind and caring. They have been caring for my beloved Henry for 3+ years now. Yesterday Henry (13.5 shih tzu) had his first laser treatment with a bit of acupuncture for his aching back and shoulders. A few hours later he was running around and playing with toys like he was a puppy! I am so happy to have been introduced to this therapy.

I always have a positive experience taking my kitten here even in times of covid when I haven’t met the doctors face to face. Kitten has been going in about 1/month since I adopted her and she doesn’t exhibit the typical fear behavior like many animals when going to the vet! I think that speaks for itself.

We have worked with Dr Brian and team since inception and have experienced exceptional care and kindness. George our rescue, Jimmy and Stella geriatric siblings and Nino our now adolescent kitty are all patients. The whole team including veterinarians and staff are attentive to our needs, kind, answer all our questions and hold our hands when necessary. We got our Cavapoo puppy, Latke, in May and as first time dog owners we had so many questions, concerns and fears of the unknown. But we were unbelievably lucky to find Dr Joey at Boston veterinary clinic. Literally she was like winning the lottery of vets. I have never heard of a more loving, attending vet than she is; if you are looking for an absolute White glove experience (no pun intended) this is absolutely the place for your pup to go. It was so hard to visit the vet without being able to go inside (they are very cautious there) Dr Joey loved Latke immediately, and made us feel immediately

We have just completed a move from Boston to Dublin Ireland. Dr. Sarah Cazbon and her team at Boston Veterinary Clinic were instrumental in helping us bring our 3 cats with us. They could not have been more helpful. Their fear free environment even extends to pet parents! Their knowledge of the process for international travel was exact and made the process very easy. We thank Dr. Sarah and her team for their wonderful work.

This clinic is amazing. I've been a client for a year now for my shepherd dog and I always had a great service. Yesterday he got really sick and they managed to give me a last minute appointment to look at him in the evening. My dog was in a bad condition with high fever and lethargy and I was really worried. Two vets and three technicians did… overtime and stayed with us to do all the tests to rule out any serious threats that would require a visit to the hospital. They then pinpointed the cause and immediately started a treatment, and made sure he would be hydrated and okay to come back

I've been searching for a Boston clinic to call home for my dog Budman. He's typically quite anxious in hospital like environments. We were really nervous he would resist his rabies shot and maybe even get aggressive with a new doctor. I was so pleasantly surprised Dr made us both incredibly comfortable. Dr Lindsay had… great casual bedside manner for Mr Budman shots were a breeze! She also gave us a lot of aid bits to consider as a new dog owner in the city. She was considerate, helpful and proactive. Her direct approach is refreshing and I feel like my dog's health was the main objective

dr beth and the technician treated mac (and me) with kindness and understanding, answered any questions during visit for her senior 🐈 exam (and after via phone conversation discussing her test resuLts). mac doesn't exactLy Like going and usuaLLy meows quite a bit on the way. but aLL the staff are good to both of us. :) she's pretty perceptive and somehow knows where we're going. thank you. :)

Dr. Brian and his team have been great to work with since we got our dog 2 years ago. Recently, we came to him with a challenge we had been facing since we got our dog - his fear of the city. Since we live in Boston this was a tough one to get over so we worked with several behaviorist but were unable to make any real progress. However, Dr. Brian… was proactive about working with us through different options until we finally found something that worked. He was very honest throughout the entire process and went out of his way by making himself available to us at all times via email/phone
