First time here. The hotel was nice and clean. The deck by the pool was very nice. Some of our towels bad yellow stains on them. My biggest issue was my son and I, we have sensitive skin and we had very bad reactions to the detergent or something used in the bedding. My face was extremely itchy and my son’s face was extremely itchy and his eye even got a little swollen. We had to go out and buy allergy meds and creams to help. We were only there for two nights so it kind of dampened our trip.

First thing I noticed was just a very unwelcoming front desk workers who were not interested in checking people in. I also noticed immediately that the bathrooms are not well cleaned or kept. The shower head is completely covered in black mold and the grout on the floor is filthy, I suggest putting a towel down or wearing flipflops. My biggest disgust was the fact that there was sand in both of our beds before we even used them. Which is a sign that the beds were made with the previous customers linens. I understand that this is a more affordable place to stay but even still for what we paid there

The rooms weren’t available when it was check in time. The employee whom was working by herself kept saying she was going to walk off because house keeping was behind and customers were not satisfied with the service they were receiving. I waited over 45 mins to check in only to be told I had to stand back in the line later when a room was available. I will say the room I had was nice however another consumer was very upset because her door would not shut. Customer focus was not available at this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if they are on vacation looking

With a great walkable location that’s hard to beat I couldn’t believe the deal we got. The problem we ran into were mostly minor such as some paneling missing on the room and the shower being difficult to turn off and on, but the primary issue was the toilet needing to be manually filled each time you wanted to flush. This was extremely frustrating and if I hadn’t worked on toilets in the past I might have been stuck with the issue. It didn’t seem worth mentioning to the staff either because I’m sure they heard the water flowing constantly when cleaning the room. It was manageable though

Checked in after a 4 hour drive to a room with a lovely temp of 77°. Tried to call the front desk but shockingly the hotel phone doesn't work. Maintenance man showed up and told us to shut the ac off for 2 hours and see if it defrost. It did but refrozen again during the night. Day 2 same issue. Oh and let's not forget the toilet ride of death. Sit down to you your business and it's a roller coaster ride from hell. Day 3 same issue with ac, front desk offered another room but that ac has the same issue. At that point vacation was ruined and we left 2 days early. The manager Candice was nice speaking

I love my stay here. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the Beach is so close. Just wish they could have a water outside to rinse off the sand. The pool was nice just has a lot of bleach so the smell was strong. The the temperature was very good. The staff keep this place very clean. Even the elevators get moped and wiped down. Parking is good too. I will be coming back.

We decided to stay here as a last minute getaway. The price was right, so we booked for 2 nights. We stayed in room 314 and it was very large, with 2 queen beds. There was a pull out couch and a small dining table too. I was surprised to see a full sized fridge and a microwave. The balcony was huge and we had a side view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable!! I slept amazingly. The indoor pool was very refreshing, and the sun deck was awesome too. There were lots of couches and tables to sit at and watch the sunset. Not the greatest place we've been. Our air conditioner sounds like a dishwasher running. Very noisy! The beds are very uncomfortable and sleeping was tough this week. It is spacious. We had to ask several times for coffee after maids left. They were a little stingy with the shampoo, conditioner etc. The pool was too warm and very cloudy in the evening. We used the pool early and it was clean. No air conditioning in the halls and elevator. Stuffy!

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid 575$ for two nights. When I arrived the room was not even ready. The parking lot is a packed maze. They have policies such as no smoking on the balcony and a no cancellation policy. Once in the room, I found a leaky faucet, chipped wall paint, faul smell, stains on sheets, fly invested and frayed pillows. The furniture is old and worn. Even the TV did The staff was rude giving one word answers. If you come to Ocean City, I do not recommend staying here, it is truly not worth it and misrepresented online. There are so many better hotels in Ocean City do

We stayed here for 2 nights this past week. Our original room was 520. We got to the room and noticed a portable air conditioner in the room and it was very warm even though it was set on 62. We go over to the sliding door to go on the balcony and the door will not shut all of the way. They cut a piece of plywood to put in between the sliding door and the wall of the hotel so they could cut a whole at the bottom for the hose of the air conditioner to go outside. They tried to make a new lock out of a block of wood so you could lock the screen door but the block was cracked in half so the door wouldn

Very friendly and good service. Vickie was kind, sweet and very nice, when it was raining she gave my son stickers and crayons with a little coloring book, when we had questions she went out of her way to give us all of her attention.
Although the couch was ripped, Walls were dirty and the Bathroom was dirty the cleaning personnel were very kind and sweet. Towels have a funky smell and lint coming off of it. The pool was perfect, it was nice and warm. Very close to the beach.

There is a small town in Germany that has a museum of torture devices, Rottenburg, Germany.... that is where these beds MUST have come from. I haven't slept on a more uncomfortable bed in recent memory.
But the location is great! Kitchen is huge and your right near a lot of good fun in Ocean City, MD.
The only reason for 3 stars, and not four, is the bed that is reminiscent of the bed I had in basic training in 1994, the cleaning staff leaves an envelope, eluding to a tip, but they didn't vacuum or change out/ clean coffee cups and the two foot long pillow had a one foot long pillow

Went with my wife, daughter and mother-in-law for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Room and hotel was clean. Convenient kitchenette made our life a lot easier with a little one. We had a great view of the beach from our 5th floor balcony, less than a block from the dunes. Pool was also clean and well maintained. Good coffee in the lobby every morning. Bus stop right out front. On site parking was a little tight but plentiful. Staff was hit or miss, very friendly or kind of standoffish. We'll totally stay here again on our next trip to OCMD.

It was meh. We stayed over the weekend, and it was mediocre. They offer pool service from 10am-10pm, but the pool reeked of chlorine by closing time. They also have a gym with broken or squeaky machines. Beds were kinda stiff, but that's a personal preference I suppose. It was an overall lackluster experience.
