Services
A member of our team will call your client and walk them through the property management options available for their home. If the customer signs a property management contract with us, we'll pay you $250 for each property as a referral fee. Working with a property manager doesn't need to mean saying goodbye to good customers; we encourage our referral partners to maintain their client relationships & will even refer future sales back to you.

Whole Property Management has made it very easy to move in to our new home and their communication for repairs has been extremely efficient. The team here is awesome! Moving in we assumed we would deal with headache rental management teams just from past experiences. How many people can say they have ever been impressed with their rental company? Not us, until now. We moved in in February and have had minor issues with the property, but every time we bring it the attention of the team, they are all over it. It’s almost odd to hear their professionalism and courtesy when you are used to be treated poorly or having to fight for correction. As an owner with 20 plus years of experience, I terminated my contract within a week, and they still insisted my tenant pay after written termination and acknowledgement of termination as PM of my property. They now owe me, the owner of the property the security deposit made by the tenants, they owe the tenant that paid after the contract was terminated the rent they collected anyway after termination, and they owe me $330 for goods not returned to me that they took from the property. I had a great experience renting from WPM for three years, up until the end of our lease. Never had any issues with the landlords or ownership; they charged a fair price for rent and responded in a reasonable amount of time to maintenance requests. I would recommend getting everything in writing otherwise they will charge you anyway. We were told that they were going to replace the carpet when we moved out and then proceeded to charge us for cleaning. Also normal wear and tear doesn't exist. They charge you for any mark that is more than the size of a pencil eraser. Overall it was an average experience with a major let down when the deposit came back. Again, make sure to get everything in writing.

I recently started renting a property through Whole Property Management and have had an excellent experience. From the self guided tour, to the online portal, all the way through signing the lease, and key pickup- the process was simple and efficient and flexible to my schedule. While the place wasn't as clean as I would have expected it upon move in, they are very responsive and coordinated maintenance to come fix all of the smaller issues at once which was so convenient! I would recommend them for anyone looking to rent!

We needed to rent out our Denver home for several years while we were on the Western Slope. Then we needed to sell it. WPM helped us set a reasonable rental price, found good renters that stayed the whole time, handled all the little maintenance issues that needed addressed, had very thorough record keeping/reporting for tax time, all in all leaving us with very little to worry about while we were 62 gazillion miles away. Then when we finally needed to sell the house, they made it just as easy to disconnect and move on. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

Lease starts today 7/10 and walk into a destroyed property. WP have ridiculous demands when moving in and they don’t even inspect or clean the properties. Renters be careful taking WP properties . Owners I’d reconsider leaving your property in these peoples hands.

I have never written a positive reference for a property manager before. I have owned properties for over 40 years and fired every manager, I have ever hired. The problems were lack of follow through, theft, boundary problems between manager and tenants, etc, etc. No accountability

I called to hire them to manage a duplex that I have been managing myself for many years. Unfortunately a horrible tenant just left one side a total disaster, which obviously I know will take hiring someone to do some work. After signing the contract and then having a junk hauler come out, Tyler emailed to say it needs too much work and they are "offloading it". Looking for a rental? Look no further than Whole Property Management. I'll make a long story short, but it must be emphasized at how great this team is and the customer service they provide. First off, the rates are far better with WholePM than almost anything you'll find out there. I am still in shock as I sit here in my new place and am amazed I get to live in such a nice place at a very reasonable rate. If you own a rental property and are looking for a management company to take all of the work off your hands, then WholePM is perfect. I spoke with management companies big and small, but WholePM is by far the best. Their rate is about as competitive as you can get while still offering the personal attention of a small company. I had a bad experience with Tyler Howell. I hired him to manage my house rental when a new job took me out of town. When I first met him, he seemed nice and professional. But several things happened up front that made me realize Tyler doesn't seem to be with it. His worst mistake cost me $1500 when he communicated the wrong info to the prospective new tenants regarding which utilities they would be responsible for.
