I lived here for 16 months and experience and opportunities it brought were incredible. The location in West Hollywood is PRIME. Super close to everything if you are in the entertainment industry. The amentities are absolutely amazing. They keep everything up to date and are always innovating with new amenities. The cleaning and maintenance crews are all so nice and do such a great job with keeping things fixed and clean. The office is great pretty much always there when you need them. We are relocating to LA from out-of-state, and Angelene was the first property we toured. The building is a dream - you'll feel like you're in an oasis shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment units we toured were gorgeous, and the amenities in the community made Angelene feel like a great home. The leasing staff was great, as well - led for us by Nahisha. You get the sense that the leasing and management staff are invested in the community and its residents, and committed to making choosing and living at Angelene seamless and rewarding. I've been living at the Angelene for almost 9 months now! I've truly enjoyed my stay. Nisha, Derek, and Hava are on top of it. Clear communication around what's happening at the apartment, premium security, beautiful pool and outdoor space, and new amenities. I've loved living here and definitely plan on staying long term. This review is for NAHISHA and the amazing team at the Angelene. They are so beyond lucky to have Nahisha - she is by far the best leasing agent I have ever met. She is pleasant and welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. She goes above and beyond to make everyone who interacts with her a top-rated experience. Not only is she good at her job, but she actually cares about the tenants and every interaction she has with anyone in that building. I moved into the Angelene when the building opened in 2016. I moved out after 3 years when I could no longer afford to stay. At the start of covid when all rent prices dropped significantly, I was so excited to see a unit open up that fit into my budget. Shortly after my move back, the building had been taken over by a new management company, which have all been great additions. Hava is the new building manager here and is AMAZING! She literally came up to my unit to get rid of a spider for me because I am terrified. Nahisha has been here for years, and is the definition of a top notch leasing

I've lived at this building for 2 years and simply loved it. Coming from NYC it was the perfect place to land in LA. The location has so many walkable stores and restaurants nearby. The building and all the amenities are always sparkling clean, including the gym and the pool. It's dog friendly, but there are no doggy remnants left anywhere if you know what I mean. Parking for Sprouts just got awful. They just added a parking system called Spaces and honestly, Sprouts now isn't worth the trouble. You have to call a number to get in, and call a number to get out. This is a new system as of Wednesday and it's so bad. There was a massive line to get out even with 3 Spaces employees working it. Seemed like they were having a hard time with people accidentally getting scanned in and then not getting registered as being in the garage so then they can't get out. They've turned what should be an easy 2 second entry experience into a 20 second one if all goes well

I lived here for 2.5 years. This place is amazing, you really couldn't ask for a better apartment building. My unit was perfect, and the location in Los Angeles is ideal. You can walk to anything you need from here. The management is fantastic.
Something important to me is quiet. I want the places I live in to be silent, and I almost never heard my neighbors in this place. The sound insulation is excellent. It's a sad day to say that I am moving out of Angelene today! It was my first landing spot in Los Angeles and I couldn't have picked a better place.
My studio apartment was 632 sq/ft but it was well laid out. Unfortunately, the amenities have only been open during my last few months but they're truly resort style.
I never once had a noise complaint (I work in property management and I can tell they did not go cheap with insulation) nor did I ever have a complaint about my neighbors. In fact, myself and multiple neighbors in the building have a group chat and do our own events together

So we have been leaving in this building almost a year and it is AMAZING super convenient location, no homeless camps (if any appear it will be removed next day). Building actually located according to all sources in West Hollywood (right at the beginning but still) which means different rules from trashy LA city (sorry, after 4 years in hollywood and vine area i cant name it differently).
About building: it has everything gym pool hot tub even lemon garden! It feels really nice to leave here. They just build new system which allows you to open all doors and garage from your phone, and let

The Angelene was our home for 3 years and we couldn't have been happier. The only reason we have just moved is because we're having a baby and found a house!
The apartments are beautiful... we first moved into a one-bedroom that was extremely spacious, and then moved to a two-bedroom after about a year. The amenities are also spectacular. The saltwater pool is gorgeous and makes you feel like you're lounging at a resort. My husband also loves the gym.
But even beyond the apartment and amenities, this place felt like home because of the team who works there. Nahisha in the leasing

Angelene is an absolute dream! The amenities are lovely, the management are responsive and helpful, the maintenance staff are friendly and prompt, the location is close to major shops and restaurants, my fellow residents are all great people, and the building is pet friendly! One of my favorite parts of the building is the lemon/lime grove in the center of the complex. It's absolutely serene, and if you're lucky you can grab some fruit in season for cocktails! Also, I've never had better sunset city views than I do here (check the photos).

I was excited to move into Angelene but the sales associate Nahisha flat out lied to me. I was shown a staged 1-bedroom model because the unit I was interested in wasn't available to be seen yet. She insisted that I would have a good view. I asked her repeatedly whether I would still see the skyline and she said yes. Foolish of me to believe a sales person. I'm glad I went and checked out the unit in person the minute it could be seen because it turned out the view from my bedroom window would have literally been of SKID ROW. I was horrified. I’ve lived in Angelene since 2019 and I can say that I absolutely love it. It’s been a wonderful time so far and I have no complaints. I’ve never had any trouble with the other tenants or with the staff whatsoever. In fact, I can honestly say that the staff here at Angelene, especially Nahisha and Philip at the leasing office, are terrific. I’ve always felt like they had my best interest in mind and I’ve never had a problem they haven’t been able to solve with due diligence and a good attitude.

When relocating from NYC, we dreamt of more space, a dishwasher, central AC, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The Angelene has all of it. The building and parking garage feel secure at all times and the building is kept clean, even the garbage rooms. The residents skew younger but (knock on wood!) we've never had issues with rowdy apartment parties or even hearing our next door neighbors.
Any maintenance problems we've had were handled quickly and by friendly staff, even when I accidentally broke the shower faucet on Christmas!

The Angelene was recently taken over by a new management company called Align Residential. Being that I had just signed to stay for a 5th year (I moved in Nov 2016), I would say I was a bit reluctant to this change. I was used to the old management and the old staff and the old ways (even though to be honest, the last few years brought us many different managers and not a lot of positive changes).
This takeover happened right around the winter break. Now in February, just about 2 months later, I can say that I am extremely pleased with the new staff and changes. For one, there is ALWAYS
