I really loved living here. I had a very nice work from home set up. They offer open concept floor plans, meaning the spaces are pretty big for a live/work situation. I didn't have any major issues living there. It's pretty good value for an apartment in West Hollywood. I would say give them a look if you are needing to be in the area.

I used to live at Element WeHo a few years back. I just went to visit my friend who still lives there, and thought I should write a review, reflecting on my experience. I enjoyed the high end feel of my apartment. The amenities are top notch. The manager was kind and helped me out with any maintenance issues that came up while I lived there. Living in West Hollywood is chaotic, but I did like coming home to my peaceful apartment. It was a pretty cool experience living there. It was my first time in a high end luxury apartment. I would recommend anyone looking for the West Hollywood experience to

During my stay here, dealt with over $800 worth of stolen property, numerous security breaches that had to result in police calls and when I called management about it they would either question my statements or full blown ignore me.
while this is a very convenient location, it's also very convenient for crime. with a management property team that doesn't seem to care about tenant safety, the price is ridiculous for this place.
oh and by the way they only show the pretty units on the website. majority of the units have absolutely zero natural light and are facing a McDonalds wall.

Element Weho is the premier West Hollywood destination for package burglarly, breaking and entering, tresspassing, and general hangout for the homeless and miscreants.
Although the building's property manager scoffed when I asked her about the building's safety prior to moving in, I have been the victim of 4 property crimes since moving into Element Weho. Each time I have been shocked and disappointed by the lack of concern and effort by Element Weho, Hannah Shidler, and Moss and Company.
They try to minimize and diminish my very real security concerns until the Police have to get

I went to the apartment and everything was great. I wanted the place. The lady that showed me the apartment was clearly all over the place. The lack of professionalism was on a new high. Number one she never followed up with me or sent me the information for the apartment. I told her point blank I wanted the place. This is not a place I would recommend. They need new employees, and people who care.
