My partner and I moved in a few months ago, and we could not be any happier with our choice. The property manager David is extremely reliable and responsive. I've been very impressed with the building's upkeep, especially with the consistent cleaning of the pool and gym. The location can't be beat and the street itself is very pretty and quiet. I've never had trouble finding street parking right outside the building. This place is a hidden gem.

This is such a great apartment complex - prime living location in West Hollywood! Property manager is fantastic and reliable! Only wish (which I've heard from other residents as well) is for new window panes to help block the street and neighbor noise and thicker floor padding to help ease with vibrations of sound.

I am not a current resident in this building, but I was interested in renting an apartment. Unfortunately they did not have a one bedroom available at the time. I drive by this place all the time and it looks so nice. So I decided to do a take a tour. The manager, his name is David, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the building. The tour was very thorough and he answered all of my questions, great customer service. This apartment complex is very well taken care of and from my observation it looks like the residents are very happy as well because everyone that we ran into would stop
