They do not take the time to at least clean the apartment they make you go and see. With this pandemic why make people see a dirty apartment that people just have move out. They don't show it they make you take a key and for you to get lost. Tony the guy in the office is more worried about not communicating with you then to actually lease your future home.

If you want to live in a college Dorm lifestyle, with loud parties, music, lots of young clueless people and paper thin walls - this is the place! And if you want to smell dog piss on every corner of the building (because maintence dosen't clean) this place is for you! And if you want to smell garbage in the hallways because the garbage shoot is filthy and stinks, then this place is for you! It's totally nasty here!

I've lived here 2.5 yrs & I am grateful for the expert management team. They respond promptly & with courtesy. They consistently extend a warm welcome & inquire if there's anything else they can do. Giving this building 5 stars when you compare it to other buildings in WeHo. The entire staff is amazing, they give the building more of a "family owned" vibe than a corporate real estate vibe, which I truly appreciate. The building is also very clean, I've never seen a cleaning staff wash garage floors before.

I have lived in many apartment buildings all over the country and have to say the staff (Rachal, Jim & Tony) are by far, the BEST!! Very attentive and quick to respond to not only myself but to friends and ALL neighbors in the building. Highly recommend to anyone seeking an apartment in a clean, well kept and organized building! The building is not the newest in town, but it is well-built, well-maintained, ongoingly renovated, and priced at fair rates compared to comparable properties. My apartment had large rooms, polished concrete floors, big windows, and great views of the Hollywood hills and out to the San Bernardino Mountains.
Rooftop decks are open to all residents, and have views of the entire city and beyond. The pool is beautiful and especially festive in the summer.

Going off Brad B. review below. I can second that statement. I'm a current tenant of 7950 and management plays favorites and bullies you. Here is Jim the HEAD MANAGER latest response to me because I don't say Hi to him anymore because I'm tired with how they treat me. I emailed him because they've been ignoring our work requests for over a week. Since Day 1, I've been in the building we've been treated with nothing but disrespect. I've never experienced this in any building I have lived in before...most buildings the managers are kind and helpful but not here

I can't say enough about 7950. Me and my wife moved in about 4 months ago and we absolutely love it! Jim and his staff are amazing and went above and beyond to help us decide on the best floor plan for our needs while staying within our budget. The amenities are top notch and everything has been newly renovated. Complete with a huge pool, rooftop lounge, fully equipped gym, yoga studio, saunas and sports lounge. Each area has free WiFi available. They even have atms on site!! I'm honestly shocked at some of the bad reviews on here, several of which sound more like a mispelled tantrum

I've lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it. The latest building manager, Jim, has been implementing improvements since the day he started (new patio furniture, updated decor throughout common areas, new gym equipment, bbqs by the pool - among other things). The service team is incredible and whenever I have an issue with my apartment, they are able to fix it within 24 hours.
The amenities are fantastic, the location speaks for itself, and the tenants for the most part are very friendly and respectful.
You really can't go wrong with this place.

It looks like some of these older 1-star reviews are from previous management.
I am going on my 3rd year here and still love it as much as I did the day I moved in. Jim, Tony, and Rachal at the leasing office have been amazingly helpful and you can tell they are really trying to keep the place nice with all of the recent upgrades and changes. Also Jim's little notes in the elevator always make me laugh. Thanks guys!

I really enjoyed the improvements that Jim and his team have worked for getting the tenants.

-New toilets
-Newly installed grills
-New coffee machine
These are just a few changes that were made, all within the last 4 months! Anything I noticed, Jim, Rachel, and Tony were quick to accommodate.

I've been here about 4 months. I'm not gonna say much, because the pictures speak for themselves. Common occurrences: trash piled in the hallway, dog feces in the hallways, broken glass, smells from trash in hallways, damage to cars from AirBnB people in the parking lots. This is just on MY floor. Most likely the same on all floors. Check out the pictures I posted as proof. More where they came from!

I stayed here already twice with some friends: the owner was very helpful with everything: parking & showing the way 2 the apartment. very good furnishing. very central 2 go everywhere we wanted 2 go. whole foods market & ralphs R close to go & CVS is just across the street. I U R visiting L. A. I would recommend this place 2 stay.

I recently visited this building. The manager was so rude! She refused to give me a tour. This place needs some serious customer service training if they are going to charge those kind of rents!
It's starting to look a little dated as well.
