I can’t express how grateful and thankful we are. I called and spoke to Tom at Abilene location. He was caring loving and comforting on the services for my dad. Bryan and the rest of the staff really came through for us this October when my beautiful mother was laid to rest. The staff made this experience as easy as possible and was so helpful and attentive. The service was beautiful and well organized. Landscaping of the cemetery is always neatly kept. My family and I feel deeply blessed to have worked with Elmwood Funeral Home.

Francis Allen, Faye Francis, Norma gray, David Jefferson, Elayah jai brown, all of whom our my loved ones that have passed on Lizzie and Tom and rest of the staff will always be held in the highest regards and light for the way they handled each one of my family members service's letting me ride in the Hurst to the grave site for my grandma's funeral meant the world to me and what they did for my niece Elayah was the work and love of true angels on earth so im giving all of you your flowers 💐 ❤

I would definitely recommend Elmwood Funeral Home to anyone going through loss of a family member. Me and my siblings felt as if the entire staff understood what we were going through and did their very best to make us feel comfortable. when a director contacted me weeks after the funeral just to check on how me and my family were doing really solidified that they are great people and honestly cared for us. We lost our parents seven months apart and Elmwood handled both of their funeral arrangements and services. Their staff was kind, compassionate, and professional. They didn’t miss a single detail. Our mom died in October and they carried out her wishes and ours beautifully. The challenge came when our dad died in May, during the covid-19 pandemic.
