Very difficult to work with. Does not keep appointments. Does not follow up as promised. We have been four months trying to use their service, after many promises still not able to obtain their service. After a difficult time getting together finally worked with them to use their services. I hope they respond better in the future.

We unexpectedly lost my stepfather. As these things go, we were placed in a position of having to address a lot of issues with which we had little previous knowledge. Shawn Wiscombe was very responsive from the very beginning and helpfully guided us through the process from the first call. The memorial process was the smoothest of all the issue we had to deal with. I would recommend Wiscombe Memorial.

Our family has been through five funerals of close family members, none of which were handled with the caring and thoughtful manner of which our mother's service was handled by Wiscombe Memorial.
