I went into the office expecting to get a rental. Ray Cardona explained to me that I could buy a house instead of renting one. He guided me every step of the way. He helped me tackle my credit (which I thought was unrepairable), get pre approved and find my house. He answered every question and worked with me for months until the process was complete. When I had doubts he reassured me that together we will get my home.

For years I was lead to believe becoming a home owner was not possible for me. Realtor after realtor told me my credit was so bad it would be almost impossible to repair. My cousin told me how United real estate helped her and convinced me to try one more time. Thank Hod I did. They helped me repair my credit in no time and buy my first home!

I was looking for another agent since the one I currently have is not getting the results I was looking for. Mr. Cardona was a referral from a family member. I called Mr. Cardona had a quick conversation with him then ended the call. Unfortunately Mr.Cardona forgot to disconnect the call and I over heard him talking with his fellow Co worker how out of my mind I was over pricing my home. Mr. Cardona also mention he did not say anything to me because eventually he was going to have me drop the price. This is why you can't trust anyone to be loyal and do the right thing for you. Lesson learned its
