Jennifer has been extremely helpful in assisting me locating a condo to rent as well as make the moving process smooth! I used NRS to rent a condo in Chicago. They provided excellent service finding tenants, screening them, handling the background checks and managing introductions. Everything went smoothly and they were always available to answer questions and concerns. They also provided services such as painting, cleaning, maintenance, which were very useful to prepare the condo for new tenants.

Jennifer was an excellent point of contact for renting a condo in Chicago. Her turnaround time with answers for our questions was less than 24 hours most of the time and we highly appreciated this especially because we had to move-out of our old place in 2 weeks. Their property manager Theo Hodges has been nothing short of unprofessional. I own a business in a building I also rent an apartment in. He has had multiple conversations with my business partner he does not include me in even when I ask for the information, he has hungup on me in phone conversation, he came into my business cursing in front of my… clients, he gave access to every tenant in the building a master key that opened every apartment and door including my business-I had to hold onto the key and give it directly to the landlord when I found out, he is very unresponsive so I've had

During my lease with my previous owner she sold the condo unit to another person who used NRS to manage the property.
They were awesome from the start, they easily transferred my existing lease and were very responsive to my questions. Jason Bischoff has been awesome and I definitely recommend working with him if you can.
I had one maintenance issue during my time with my shower handle breaking. Someone contacted me within 24 hours and the next day (I submitted the escalation at like 9 at night) were at my place and had it fixed before they left. Definitely great service and very attentive

Jason Bischoff, Regional Manager, is an amusing IL Broker as he explains that "Realtors spend their time selling condos." Since 2003 or earlier, I believe Realtors have been selling and leasing condos. There are Realtors who prefer to sell than to lease, but plenty like to keep busy. $ is $ right?
I don't know much of management and maintenance fees but I find 6.5% of monthly rent (about $150/month of Downtown Rental Rate) steep. $150/month is a good rate for an old apartment where something breaks every month. I have an inkling that cost of parts and actual work done is added
