In a world where you kind of assume all landlords are bad landlords, I've been very lucky to have had two very, very good companies right in a row. One of them is in far Northern CA, and doesn't matter in the context of this review. The other is Pasas Properties.

Linda Pasas has been the listing broker for three real estate transactions for me (both buying and selling) and she is fantastic! We miss living in this place. My wife and i recently moved to LA due to our circumstances. I originally moved from Texas and have had some issues with California property managers because of saturation point here. The way this property management company helped my transition moving in and moving out was nothing short of exceptional. Businesses like… Pasas properties are the living proof that humanity still exist in the real estate market place. Every single agent is very helpful, empathetic and responsive. It is a huge plus if property managers are responsive and helpful, specially in California

Pasas was performing property management services for us. We also brought this investment property with Linda Pasas as our realtor. We had a difficult tenant that was found and vetted by Pasas Properties. When things got tough Pasas Properties canceled our agreement and left us high and dry, mid-term. So unprofessional! We were a long time client, but no more!!!! Good riddance!!!

Linda Pasas and her team were the property managers for a home we rented in Pt Loma. Everyone at Pasas was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Anytime we had a repair or issue they were quick to respond and accommodating of our schedules, and always communicated effectively. Unfortunately, the owners of the home were unreasonable to deal with and made it difficult for Linda and her team to effectively manage the property and they had to end their contract in Dec. 2017 during our lease term. Pasas made sure this was a smooth transition for us. Sadly, the owners appear to be vindictive

Second, Pasas Properties has been incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding since my boyfriend and I moved into our apartment just a few months ago. I worked w/ Tom Yahner of Pasas Properties to purchase a duplex in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We have gone through Linda to buy 2 places, sell one and manage our properties in SD. Every time we have worked with her she has been totally available which is extremely useful when you are not in the same city as your properties. She worked patiently with us as we looked for the perfect condo/house/renter and acted quickly when we found what we wanted. I would recommend using her company to anyone looking at SD property.

Thank you to everyone at Pasas Properties for the great rental experience! My daughter rented an apartment under management by Pasas Properties from March of 2016 through May of 2017 and things could not have gone smoother. Any issue with the property was immediately addressed, rent could be payable online (at their website), the location & rental amount was perfect and I would rent from Pasas Properties again. They also handle sales and purchases of homes, we'll work with them again when we're ready to sell or buy.

This property management company is a joke.
They try and pay tenants to write good reviews on their horrible company on Yelp. They just took over our building and their new lease they tried to get us to sign was ridiculous. They tried to put in the new lease that there will be a mandatory 150 dollar cleaning fee upon moving out of the unit.... You have no clue the cleanliness level of everyone's unit from the time they moved in. The unit could be left in better condition than it was when the tenant entered said unit. Pasas properties can't even figure out how to remove our trash from
