I was glad that I used Silas Frazier Realty to help me purchase my home. I had used two other companies before coming to Silas Frazier. I am a very picky lady and was not going to work with an agent who only was interested in making a commission. Silas worked with me for about six months. He only showed me homes that I liked and never rushed me to pick my home. It was great working with Silas. I will tell all my friends to talk with him before purchasing a home.

Very disappointing!!!! I referred a family member to them and was denied he did not have an eviction but he had a dispo and once we checked his credit score he was advised that they had did an hard inquiry like he was applying for a credit card or purchasing a home. That type of inquiry brings your credit score down a lot. They never called him and told him he was denied but once he called them they told him that you could not have a dispo either. Just a bunch of bs! They never said no dispos but the point I am making don't waste your time the homes are not all that from the beginning but silas
