Although house advertised for a year they were trying to require us to rent for 14 months due to the time of year. We attempted to get them to negotiate and back off to the end of February rather than the end of March. They absolutely would not budge. That was after having great difficulty trying to have a phone conversation with the woman handling this portion of rental process. The young lady did have covid. However, that being the case you would expect someone else to step in and handle this. In the end we realized this agency would be terrible to deal with if there were any issues to develop

Michelle Garza showed her passion and commitment to provide the best customer service to her client. She made sure the new built homes were ready to close as requested by the builder. As hectic as it got due to the rush to close by the builder, Michelle was on top of things coordinating the inspections and keeping clients informed about new deadlines. Michelle was wonderful at helping us find a house to rent at very short notice. We were in Michigan and doing this remotely - she drove out to the houses we were most interested in and gave us a virtual tour via Zoom. She let us know about things that were important to us (e.g. - 1 house smelled of cats and my wife is very allergic). Will definitely use her services again when looking to buy a house.

I've had great experience with a Realtor who works for this company, Kevin Dover. He worked very deligiently for my family trying to help us find a home for rent. He was understanding, on time for every meeting, and took all of our needs and wants into consideration for every property. We have used his services twice and would do so again! It took us almost 3 months to find a place, but Kevin worked very hard and stuck with us. It was very assuring to know we had someone looking out for our very best interest! Terribly run. If you can, go with another leasing company. You will be so much happier. They did not return my deposit for 8 weeks, then overcharged me on "fees." Tim is terrible at responding to emails until you threaten legal action because they're violating state law. Go elsewhere for your rental needs!

One the worst renting experiences I have ever had. I highly do not recommend renting from any Hendricks Real Estate properties. They are nearly impossible to communicate with and truly never seemed to have the renters best interest in mind. I genuinely can not imagine a worst place to rent a property/home from.

One word to describe my experience? Wow. To preface: my girlfriend and I had been looking for a place for around 4 months; we had walked through a few places; and were feeling a bit disappointed by the lack of good options/unknowledgeable realtors/landlords. Fast forward to our experience with Hendricks (more specifically, Kevin Dover): I put in to see the home late on a Thursday and received a call on Friday from Kevin. If you're coming from another state and are looking to find a rental, AVOID HENDRICKS REAL ESTATE AT ALL COSTS! We moved into our rental home only to find the locks not properly working- the house was filthy- and our refrigerator broken. We made a request to have the refrigerator fixed on October 17th (same day we moved) in writing, via email, to Tim Hendricks- but we were told that we had to use the website portal to make requests only. We got internet in our house on the 22nd of October and made another formal request on the website right away. Much to our dismay the

Hendricks Real Estate does not adhere to TX property code, will expand your maintenance responsibilities in your lease in order to avoid paying basic maintenance costs, and will act vindictively to mischaracterize your actions as a tenant when you seek their recommendation on future leases.

During December 2016 my chimney top came off and FELL on top of my car causing four thousand dollars worth of damage right around the holidays. Tim's answer? Tim helped my girlfriend and I buy a house in Austin in the summer of 2016. We interviewed a lot of agents in Austin before settling on Tim. Tim served as property manager for our Austin rental home for a little over 3 years. After relocating cross-country, we relied entirely upon Tim to ensure the property was marketed, rented, and maintained. Tim made the process of finding and keeping quality tenants seamless and stress-free for us. In terms of collecting rent/deposits, everything was handled electronically.
