Services
We offer a roommate matching program for those who have not already pre-selected their roommate(s). With the exception of joining the military, we do not offer a lease termination clause in the lease. The resident is responsible for the entire lease contract. Irish Row does allow residents to transfer their lease agreement with proper authorization from the management staff.

Definitely a friendly atmosphere and responsive staff. Modern furnishings, easy to pick up packages, and quick responses to maintenance work orders. My only complaints: the main door to apartment has not been able to close properly for a long time which poses a security issue, we have had some problems with our electricity bill that have not been resolved.

I am just one month into my lease but am already absolutely loving it here! My apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it was great to not have to bring big pieces of furniture from home, as it comes furnished. The leasing office is super kind and accommodating, and it even offers residents nice perks like "Free Food Fridays" and "Resident Appreciation Week." The proximity to campus, local stores, and restaurants is super convenient too. I can't recommend Irish Row enough to ND students moving off campus!

Currently living here and I have zero complaints. Fully furnished with great kitchen appliances. The rooms and facilities are very nice, the management is responsive, helpful, and professional. It's also in a perfect location as it is in walking distance from campus, and it is a hop skip and a jump from Irish Crossings and a number of other nearby apartments.
