Every apartment is cleaned, painted, and has the carpet cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence. Security deposit, Administrative fee, rent plus any additional items that are added on such as internet or a pet.

Need a new refrigerator from here… be prepared to disinfect it first. That pic is after cleaning the bugs twice 🤦🏾♀️Maintenance… please. Came out twice to “fix” a disposal, nope still waiting. Find another low rent, low class place. “Girls” in the office… please don’t get me started. I guess the pandemic made you all go to what you can get. I understand that. I had to send a letter to the housing authority (certified) in hopes they’ll do better 🤦🏾♀️

Do not live here!!!! Rules change daily office ladies are definitely horrible !!! There attitude's are disgusting . Very nice when you apply but just wait till your in.... I heard about how disrespectful they are but I definitely believe in giving people a faur chance... Mold unclean hallways and laundry sad

Great place to live n save your hard-earned money. It’s near all the places of convenience in the cities of Mishawka n south bend: UP Mall, Walmart, Best Buy , gas stations, movie theatre, BMV, gyms, I can’t finish the list !!! Get smart, come join us live peacefully together❤️🇺🇸. The truth is that, it’s cheaper than any apartment I know around… here. I care about how I spend so Hickory is my savior of the $$. Some people choose to live in very expensive apartments to give them a sense of greatness!! It’s just dumb!! U still don&rsquo

Had to leave a review because I think this place gets a bad rep...lived here almost three years and loved it. Great prices, great view overlooking the baseball field. Andy Kelley was amazing, he is an asset to the company! Reasonable and very customer service oriented and professional. Also, the move out was hassle free. Received my full security deposit. Also, maintenance is very responsive! I think it’s a great place to live, great starter apartment, budget friendly, good location.

I absolutely love it. My apartment is wonderful, it's clean. Aside from some music once in a while (which doesn't bother me) it's quiet, and the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I needed two slight things fixed that I had missed when looking over the apartment (my own fault) and maintenance was there incredibly fast. I've seen some negative reviews but I disagree entirely with them.
