My experience with living here has been great. Miss Ericka has been a great property manager and she’s been kind and helpful when I needed. She cares for her residents and want them to have the best experience living here. I love my apartment and the area is quiet and peaceful. I love calling this place home.

Decided not to renew my lease back in 2014 due to having financial issues they immediately had their attorneys file it as an eviction two weeks after notifying them that I wasn’t renewing my lease which they then corrected and filed it as a collections hearing which didn’t mean anything since it’s on my timeline as an eviction since they wrongfully and initially filed it as one when I was never asked to leave although I thoroughly cleaned my apartment I was sued for my last months rent and damage which there was not any damages at all and I took pictures of everything now that everything

Riverside north apartments are an amazing place to live in. I live in the second floor so my view is not only amazing every morning but I enjoy walking around the neighborhood and taking my dog to the dog park. The maintenance people are always on top of the repairs I need done and the staff in the office are incredible! Erica in particular has helped me in so many ways, she always makes sure that we feel welcomed, dog friendly and can consider her family ! We’ve been here for a couple of years now and have yet to experience any sort of negativity.

Don’t just believe what people put as a review a lot of the reviews are from people that didn’t get their lease renewed (and thats maybe because they broke the rules) or friends of those people.

Do not rent from this place .I had to cancel my lease I never moved in they are good at taking your money. There is nothing in the lease about advertising costs and nothing about being charged for them re renting the apartment. I was charged a fee for them to re rent the apartment and charged advertising fees. I have never ever had those kinds of charges from any other place I've rented from.they took it out of my deposit .Before you move in be aware of the hidden fees

This Place is A Joke The Apartments are Outdated The noise from the factory is too much to bare you can't sleep the rent is too high and the management is unprofessional They Tow Your Car every chance they get when there is not enough Parking For tenants because of Non Tenant Visiting every week so the parking is convenient for visitor's only their answer is Pay for a carport or garage so they milk their tenants to get more money that way instead of telling People that resident Parking is Priority, They Give their tenants no option but to pay more money to live here for convenient Parking. One of the only positive parts of our stay was that it was easy to break the lease so that we could leave. I rented a two bed for 10 months; being only myself and my girlfriend, and we found that upon moving out we were charged $340 for paint, and $220 for cleaning. Not to mention another $200 in "advertising" costs. This is the only time I've incurred move out costs.
