At this time one or more floor plans at this community are currently unavailable. Waitlist applicants will be required to pay the application fee of $35.00 per applicant. To be placed on the waitlist your application must be fully processed and application fees paid. In effort to protect you and our team members, we're conducting all business virtually.
As a part of our ongoing social distancing efforts, tours are by appointment only. We offer options to fit every comfort level including live virtual tours, guided tours and self-guided tours. Masks are required to tour West Jefferson in person. Please note that appointment requests submitted here will be later confirmed by a member of our team.

I just want to tell everyone that Jeffrey Bedel and Brandon Hunt don't know what they're talking about and it makes me mad. It's quiet and I never hear anyone fighting. They're the ones who were causing fights and being rude to everyone. That's why there gone. Melissa and Kurt been-over backwards to make this community a good place to live. And the rent reasonable. The property is pretty with the flowers and plants. They keep up with being clean and all. I'm Blessed to live here. Thank you two for making it pleasant!

I live here currently and the property manager is such a sweet woman. She works so hard and tries her best to make sure her residents are happy. The maintenance guy, Kurt, is also a funny man who likes to make jokes, but can help you at the snap of a finger. Anytime I need something done or was late for a payment, they work with me. There are problems at times, but that's with everywhere you live. It's a great place to live and the complex is working on doing more for the residents.
