Never mind that dogs run around off-leash, nobody cleans up after their dogs, and kids run in and out of the parking lot, the maintenance is a joke. They like to start unlocking the door and barging in if you don’t open the door within 10 seconds (doesn’t matter to them if you let them know you’re coming to the door). Our microwave was broken before we moved in, so they had the GE people come and look at it. We then spent several months waiting on parts, waiting on GE to come back out to fix the microwave, and waiting on maintenance to put the microwave back up on the wall before it CAUGHT

West Hill is one of the best places I’ve lived at! The management team is always super helpful at dealing with any issues and answering any questions. This is a beautiful community with great amenities, I’ve never had any complaints living here. I would highly recommend west hill to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I have been living at the the Westhill for more than a year now. Overall it has been a pleasant experience. We had some pretty significant maintenance issues that initially were not handled properly but after Jerry came on board he made sure things were remedied quickly. Jerry and Jessica are both great and are very easy to work with! Very personable and warm. The grounds are kept clean and tidy but most importantly I feel safe.

This is the most well rounded community I’ve seen in Huntsville. I’ve lived In Huntsville for 3 years now and have yet to find a place that’s truly willing to find what’s best for you. Jessica is amazing, she listens to your needs and concerns and tries her absolute best to make it happen for you. Setting up a tour with her was a breeze and physically getting to walk the complex with her is by far the best experience I’ve ever had when looking for a place to live. The west hill apartments truly are a community and will welcome you with open arms.

Wow. I am a college student & wanted something near school, close to my everyday errands as well as a safe feeling environment AND THESE SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS. I had encounters with both Jerry & Jessica & it was the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I toured it & fell in LOVE! I don’t think you will find anything better in Huntsville! This is the perfect spot... LITERALLY! So what are you waiting on? .. GO GO GO

I love living out here, the staff are so welcoming and give this property such personality and real quick to take care of you. The application process was so smooth and quick, I gave them a date and they made it happen. The property is a perfect area and has whatever you need within the block. I've been residing at The West Hill Apartments for about a year and I love it. Jerry and his staff are amazing! I haven't encountered any major issues while living here, but whenever I need something done they act fast. The apartment is located by plenty of shopping and food locations. I'd highly recommend The West Hills apartments as they are the BEST in town.
