I'm going to miss this place so much. I'm leaving for Georgia soon, and let me tell you, I am prepared to pay twice the rent that I'm paying here, for the same apartment size. That's how crazy the rental market has been. People here do good business. Everyone in the office knows my name. Everything is transparent and timely communicated. I was here in 2015 as a pharmacy resident and came back here in 2018 because I just couldn't find a better place to live other than the Timbers in Huntsville. I got everything I need here. All right guys just want to let everybody know this place one of the best apartments I ever lived at and I've been in quite a few first in corpus Christi then and Bryan/college station and now in austin. The move in process was smooth, apartment was super clean and maintained brand new carpet when I moved in and it came with a microwave above the stove which I loved. Maintenance orders were completed quickly and efficiently. They are pet friendly, upgraded the apartment with insulated door frames and have washer and dryers they provide. The guy to ask for is Jesse he's the guy that made my living

I have stayed in so many apartments during my time in Huntsville and the Timbers are my favorite. The apartments are nice, the management is attentive, nice, and quick to react. The maintenance team is great, any time we’d have a problem they’d come same day or set up a time that worked for us. Definitely the best apartments in town

I LOVE these apartments.
They are usually quiet which is super nice for how many kids and college students live here. The front office workers and the maintenance workers are SO nice and quick to assist you with whatever you need.
The apartments are nicely updated and I love the size and coziness of them.
These apartments feel like a home to me and it saddens me that one day I will have to move from here.
One thing I am very happy with is how much they enforce the picking up after your pup rule. It keeps the areas looking and smelling nicer.
You can tell all the staff care about these apartments
