Yikes. Do not expect your security deposit back no matter how long you clean. Was told I would get my deposit back then SYKE. When it rains the walkways flood and your shoes gets soaked trying to get out. Only joint leases so if your roommate does not pay, you are responsible. Washer and dryers don’t always work, and when they do it’s not for long. My apartment had Electrical and plumbing issues that took management a very long time to fix. DO NOT RENT HERE

The leasing manager Andrea is the worst! Very mean and unprofessional and will snap at you. You will regret ever living here. I was told if you have a 1 bedroom you can only have one car in the parking lot regardless if you have 2 people living in the apartment. That is unheard of. And that's just one issue. Save yourself some trouble and don't move into Woodhollow.

I lived at Woodhollow for 2 years and I had an amazing experience! Maintenance and management are absolutely amazing and, based on what I’ve heard about other apartments in the area, made me very happy to have the people that were in those positions there! Any issue I had to contact management about was immediately addressed and Chris (the maintenance man) was an absolute pleasure to know would be there to help me out! I cannot praise Chris enough for being such a great person and so willing and eager to help whenever I needed him! Aundrea (management) was amazing as well! From the very beginning

These apartments seem nice but the real problem is with the managment the woman andrea will lie straight to your face you call about a maintenance problem and she acts as if its an inconvenience I will say floyd the maintenance man is about the most helpful person he gets the job done. I wont be renewing my lease again.

Went up there over 6 times at posted hours and was never open. I can't imagine the nightmare if one lived there and actually needed something as the leasing office is never open. Even when it says they will be back at 1pm it will be 1:20pm and still no one is in there. Completely unprofessional. I signed a lease elsewhere.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. The apartments are older, so there are some inconveniences (not many or the best placed electrical outlets, I have had some maintenance issues over the years) BUT on the upside, the staff is helpful and the price s affordable which makes up for it. Chris is very quick to get to any submitted work orders, and if he can't immediately address any issues he makes time to come by when I am home and get my feedback to make sure that he fully addresses any concerns. Aundrea has always been kind and helpful, from when I moved in (my credit wasn't good at the time

I absolutely love Woodhollow. It may not be as modern as other apartments in the area; however, you can't beat the price. It's very affordable and is a quiet community. I've noticed that I never hear my next door neighbors through the walls which shows the complex was built very well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful towards me. I will definitely continue living here while I'm in Huntsville!

I have lived here for about 3 years and I love it. I have never had a problem with Andrea, she is always helpful and nice! Chris the maintenance guy always takes care of whatever I have needed, and does it correctly. I was living in a smaller apartment and I wanted to move into a larger one, Andrea immediately put me on a waiting list and in no time I was moving into the new place. When I fierst moved in I will say the bugs were terrible, but Andea did everything she could sending the pest control all the time, making sure I was taken care of. It wasn't her fault there was bugs, it was the person

Imagine that I wasted some of my precious time to write a review about this place! AVOID IT! I had the worst experience ever. Andrea is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered my whole life. She is super materialistic. She just want your paycheck at the beginning of the month. So glad I moved out of this place. This place is run by unprofessional people. There is just one person in charge for maintenance and what a guy indeed. He fixes something and it breaks few days later. Other than that they also ripped my deposit and never returned it claiming that it went for the fixes and I cleaning
