Do not move to this place! DO NOT
This place is a completely joke and I am pretty sure the positive reviews are fake. I moved has two weeks and I am so unhappy, several problems I said several problems and I have talked to my neighbors and none of the problems I am having are new.
Dishwasher is not working properly, toilet bowl is really nasty and dirty, the sink in the kitchen is really old and smells. There is mold in the garage, yes I said mold. The tub is all messy with paint. I am so stressed and sad about all the damages and the fact they take forever to come and fix something.

Asia was a great representative. She was through and tried her best to find the perfect home for me. At this moment I am not ready to move to this establishment but when I do this is the place I will go. They have a secondary company pick up the phone when the leasing office does not answer and they were amazing. Love the team! Great job!

I’ve lived here for 8 months and love it! I toured a few places before deciding on this one. I chose it because it blew the competition out of the water in terms of the price, community amenities, the location, and overall vibe of the place.
Dre was the first person to help me secure a vacancy and continues to see it through today with any and all concerns. He is truly something special and a wonderful asset to this community. The team at Berkshire is always lovely and accommodating. Maintenance has always fixed any problems ASAP.

My family and I lived at Berkshire for almost 3 years and we have nothing but great things to say. Dre was awesome especially when he came during the pandemic he was still able to reach out to us through email to keep up updated and whenever we had questions or issues they were resolved quickly.
Even maintenance (Greg) was great. Any time we had an issue he was always there within the same day or the following day to resolve our problem.
Thank you guys for being awesome ! We definitely miss the Berkshire crew !.

Moving to Maryland, from Wisconsin, was made easy with the expert assistance of Dre Fisher. He went above and beyond and answered so many questions, not only about Berkshire Annapolis, but also the surrounding area. He even met up with my daughter, so that I could view the grounds and a similar unit, before moving here. From the initial questions, to completing the lease and getting the utilities set up, to the flawless move-in experience, and so much more, my extreme gratitude goes to Dre. Dre was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable of the available properties and pricing. We had an awesome tour and immediately found an apartment to fit my needs. He has been extremely patient during the signing process as I had questions and work a very busy schedule. Dre has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to my time at Annapolis Bay!

My husband, newborn, dog and I loved our stay at Annapolis Bay! The apartment, amenities, and location are wonderful but the most incredible would have to be the assistant property manager Dre Fisher. I have never met someone who went so above and beyond to make our renting process and move in so easy and pain free. My husband is a minor league baseball player and therefore we move around 3 times per year with 1-2 days notice. Dre expedited our move in process and also helped us so much once we had to move out early. A huge part of enjoying where you live is knowing that you’re taken care of

If I could give TEN stars I would. Imagine moving in the middle of a rising pandemic and having to balance work, children, health/safety and daily life. Dre Fisher, assistant property manager came to the rescue like no other and said verbatim " I got it from here", and since that phone call he has went above and beyond to take care of just about everything my children and I needed to take that stress off of the moving process. I don't hear my neighbors at all. Everyone is friendly. It's a very diverse and welcoming area. The location is GREAT! I would strongly recommend Berkshire Annapolis to anyone
