In general Spa Cove is decent. We have had some minor issues but all in all they are decent. They should read up on the contractors they hire. The maintenance people are very nice and prompt. The office people are nice and professional with the exception of one. Deal with Vanessa she is always nice, professional and understanding. With new management taking over I think Spa Cove is moving in the right direction.

I have lived in the Spa Cove community for several years now and have found living here to be a delight. In fact, I have just renewed my lease for another year. The community is quiet and safe for raising a family. The neighbors are courteous and the staff and maintenance are always willing to help in any way that they can to resolve any problems that may arise. I was about 5 minutes away from signing a lease at Spa Cove apartments, but then had to withdraw my application at the last moment for reasons unrelated to my experience with the apartment complex. In fact, I had a fantastic experience with Spa Cove, and want to give praise to the staff there who were nothing but friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. This was particularly the case with Kimberly M., who ended up handling a majority of my phone calls and emails. On more than one occasion, I had to call the complex at the very end of the business day with some issue or question and every time

I've lived here for 6 months so far and moved across the country from the West Coast. Quite honestly, these are some of the best apartments you can find in Annapolis and surrounding cities. The apartments themselves are very nice and pretty spacious. Most of the balconies are big too. What has really won me over is how quick their service has been and how nice the staff is. I got views of the apartment and all of my questions answered the same day that I asked. On top of that, 5 months after I moved in, I needed some maintenance and I had my problem fixed within 2 hours of submitting a request

I helped my son move in this weekend, 3/13. The apartment was freshly painted, the rugs seemed new, the bathroom is clean and bright and the kitchen is fairly new and updated. There are no complaints so far. BUT the grounds around the building are very unkept. The maintenance crew could spend one afternoon with a couple of rakes and a leaf blower and greatly improve the aesthetics. Also the handicap parking markings are badly faded and cars are parked illegally in the spots. These are just a couple of simple fixes that would improve the curb appeal.

I just moved in about a month ago to Spa Cove and I have to say, I am so impressed. New management is on top of it and in the works of renovating everything. The leasing office, especially Betty, has been SO helpful going out of their way. I have some disability and mobility issues and they have been so accommodating. I have never had such an organized and helpful landlord before. I also managed to get a water view right next to the boat launch and park. I am loving it here.

Kurt and Pam are super helpful at the office and the location is amazing! The grounds are beautiful and the club house and pool are well taken care of. Dave also does a fabulous job whenever there is a maintenance issue that needs to be fixed! I feel taken care of here at Spa Cove and am glad to call it my home!

I lived in the 900 block of Spa Cove for one year. I do not plan on moving back there. I cannot recommend it for anyone else unless you are pinched for $$.
Pros:
The community is fine. Neighbors were reasonably quiet. Anyone with access to google maps will see that it is close to Truxton park, which is great for walking yourself, and dogs. The rental rate is good (for Annapolis).
Cons:
Roaches. German cockroaches. Apparently these are the hardest to kill. You won't see any on your tour, and when you sign your lease, there will be a part of the lease that allows them to spray for
