Terrible customer service. I've been applying for two years filling out papers for an availability and nothing. Months ago they called me that there was an availability of three rooms and that I had to go with my partner to sign. We were my partner lost his work day, we signed about 40 papers so that in the end it came out that my ITN was expired. I explained that my ITN number was active. Then it came out that he wanted the birth certificates in English. What an absurd thing I explained to him that in my country El Salvador speaks Spanish and all the papers there are processed in Spanish. I do

I would like to share that I have been on this property for over (10) years and in those years there have been turn over of the resident managers. I do communication with the renal office and I do see that the resident managers are working hard in correcting some of the past wrong doing. doing. In the past year ago there were constant changes but Ms. Holmes has been a great help to me and my family.
I have the liberty to meet the new mangers and I found them hard at work turning this property back to the way it once were. I am looking forward to communication and addressing any maintenance problems

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. The excessively high turnover in management, as well as staff in the management office, have made things quite problematic for the residents. This high turnover has resulted in mismanagement and disorganization. One positive is the current maintenance staff comprised of Dave Matthews and Jeff Harrison. Both are hard working men that do a thorough job. A majority of the repairs in my home have been done by Mr. Harrison. Each time he shows up to my home his demeanor is very friendly and professional. He never rushes through a repair job and he

Up until this year my experience has been good. As of this year they have been not applying my rental payments since May, I've gone to the office countless times giving them copies of money orders and receipts showing the rent has been paid. In the most recent case I went to the leasing office to renew my lease and asked them to make sure their records were correct, she stated that they were. This was 10/28/2019, then 10/31/2019 I get a notice stating I haven't paid my rent again. At this point I'm super frustrated, I don't know if it's because of the constant change in management that's causing

Stay away from this property! They are very rude. You cant see any units until you get approved. I think this is a very poor way to manage a community. Why should I pay a app. Fee for something I cant even see. I understand this is a low income neighborhood doesn’t mean you can treat people poorly. My experience was horrible!! I will take my money elsewhere!

I called today to inquire about an apartment and the woman answering the phone had a repulsive attitude. After explaining that I was looking around the general area and checking for openings - she interrupted with "we only know our property and we don't have openings- call next week ok?". She was more than ready to get off the phone. She made assumptions I was asking for July and when I told her I had a few more questions she told me to leave a message for the manager. Why are you answering the phones if you cannot answer questions about the property? Surely you know about your place of work, right
