Eden Roc Motel

My family and I came down for the weekend for the H2Oi .Not gonna lie I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. When we opened our door boy was I shocked. Very nice,clean and spacious. Wasn't ocean front but a few steps and we were on the boardwalk. We had kitchen, full size fridge,stove. We will definitely be back.

We liked Eden Roc. Good location, reasonable prices. Didn't have any trouble and our kids loved the pool. The staff was friendly too.

Location was good. Couple next door sat out front 24/7 smoking cigarettes. Ruined my stay.

If you enjoy a dirty ill-maintained cheesy room, then this is the place for you. The inside of the door was filthy, the tile floor (yes tile) had sand on it, and the bathroom was dirty as well. The curtains were coming off the curtain rod and there was a crack in the window. The WiFi had such a weak signal I was unable to connect to it. I was booked here for 3 nights, but left after 1 even though the manager refused to give me a refund. The only reason this is getting one star is because zero stars is not an option.

Location is nice but the room was just awful. We were on the first floor down a scary hallway with no light and when we opened our curtains there was a dumpster with mattresses and old bikes. The room was clean but dark and depressing.

Pick somewhere else!! The room reeked of some sort of chemical and mildew smell. Booked two nights but ended up leaving after one. All of our stuff smells like the room now. No elevator to the upper level. Door to get in doesn’t work half the time and you have to force it open. Hair on the bathroom counter and floor and overall not very clean. Outdoor carpet smelled and had large stains all over. Would not stay again.

I just spoke to a Wonderful Man named Mark !!!!!! He was fantastic worked with me on dates available and was very helpful as we have a few medical issues.
I have been to this place before and loved the staff and motel.
We will keep coming back.
If I could give them 10 stars I would !!!!!

Can't speak for regular rooms but the efficiencies in the ocean front are all very nice. The non oceanfront ones have a deck in the back which looks at a parking garage. The only negative is I can't get the internet from my room. Our efficiency was very clean and updated. The bathroom is new. If you can't do stairs the efficiencies aren't for you. There is no elevator. The staff are all friendly and this place even has an after check out shower room. Also you can rent bikes right at the front office. We could walk to the miniature golf and CVS. The tram car comes right by. Phillips restaurant is

I was scared after looking at reviews but this place was very very nice! very clean. i stayed june 10-13 with 7 of my friends we got 2 rooms. the pool was very warm and the desk people were very friendly. laid back too, no body told us we need to go to sleep as early as 1am like some other places...i am definitely coming back!
