Most Criminal Statutes can be found in RCW Titles 9 and RCW 9A. Reviewing the statutes can provide some general guidance on the elements the State would need to prove during prosecution. Oftentimes, however, the statutes can be confusing and certain elements may have been added by later case law. As such, it may be a good idea to contact an attorney to fully understand the many complexities of how the government will work to prove their case.

Due to my financial situation, I wasn't able to hire Jeffrey for representation (although I would have if I had been able). Instead, Jeffrey offered me an alternative to review paperwork and assist with pleadings in my family law case. He also answered all my questions throughout my journey. I would recommend highly! Jeff went above and beyond, he represented me on a charge early 2019 with great results. He was very open and understanding Always responded in a timely manner, only one time did I not get to talk to him until the following day. A huge thing for me is that he didn't give up on me, when he didnt get the results we thought were fair he was persistent in dealing with the prosecution multiple times even going to the guys superior with our evidence until finally they bowed down. I have dealt with a few different lawyers and I def felt like he was with me not just representing

I was looking for a family law attorney in Cowlitz county. Unfortunately, all the attorneys had prior engagements.
