I recommend Jim as a lawyer if some are in real trouble following a crash. My case was a mess from the beginning. At fault was wrongful pointing me, being exactly the opposite. Because of not typical injury, it was a hard to prove the case. Jim not only negotiated good settlement with the insurance but lowered the medical bills to 1/10 of what was billed originally!
I hardly recommend this man because of his proven record, intelligence, and well balanced grounded advice that works for your interest, not for his pocket.

Working with Jim was an eye opening experience... Following a hit and run incident on my bicycle, I worked with another lawyer for a brief while, who seemed more interested how bad my injuries were than how to ensure my case was handled properly.
