I have reached out to this firm twice with two with two separate malpractice claims. Two different times. Both are solid. Today they called me I could only speak to a receptionist which then translated what I said to attorney. They denied taking me as a client again. Who is a person with disabilities and without looking at any evidence that I have. And when I asked why the receptionist could not tell me why. I asked her if the attorney can give me a call and give me a reason. She said they won’t do that. It like they are acting like they have a in with some of these doctors and they won’t touch

I was in his office recently as he was a chosen arbitrator by my attorney. I suffered permanent injury in an MVA. While he and the other 2 arbitrators had plenty of time to ask why none of my family members were present as witnesses during my arbitration, 8 hours to be exact, they failed to do so. My attorney stated they used that against me during their deliberations and penalized me monetarily for it. Doug O'Keefe is the worst attorney I've ever dealt with. He made me feel like I was bothering him every time I attempted to contact him. My wife and I had to do most of the leg work to get our case settled. If you want a law firm that makes you feel like they actually care about you and your best interests, I would stay away from this firm as long as Doug is employed there.
