Our kids have been enjoying their experience at Blackhawk Tae Kwon Do. They have excelled beyond what we could of imagine in just 4 months. They have enjoyed learning all the kicks, punches, and blocks. They like how they've learned Korean phrases and how to count to 10 in Korean. Most of all, they say the best part is breaking boards. Thank you Master Tony and Senior Instructor Cristina for making their experience enjoyable!

My daughter has been going to Blackhawk Taekwondo for some time now. She was this shy scared girl that wouldn’t do anything. She begged me for weeks to try it. Now she is this girl that loves doing class. Loves having Master Toni and Sr Instructor Cristina teach her everything she knows. We love how they push you to be better not just in martial arts but in life also. I teach my daughter that you have to work for everything in life. This is the only school that backs my teaching.

I cannot say enough about MAW, it’s not just the learning how you and your family can defend themselves, its also the philosophy. Teaching self respect, respect for others, and that skill alone will make a huge difference in your child’s life. The effect their influence was having on my children during the free month of classes had me pulling them out of their old after school program and signing them up in MAW’s year round program. My shy girl becomes bolder every day, and they get to attempt to wear out my active son instead of me. LOL Not to mention the classes my wife and I take as well

Both of my kids have been coming here since last summer. The people here are amazing. They have a little champions class that my daughter started off in, but recently moved out, a family class for all ages that don’t qualify for the little champions class, and an adult class which I started in December. The little champions class is amazing. The children adore Instuctor Thomas. They have a seperate belt system at their age to keep them motivated along with stripes and do good dollars. He checks in with parents and makes sure there behaving at home in order to keep them motivated. Which by the

I go to Judon University and as part of their education program I have been lucky enough to be able to intern at Martial Arts World. Master Tony and Instructor Thomas are great to work for and have always made me feel completely at home. The kids respect and look up to them and I have been able to witness their positive influence on these students.

I stopped in to check out the school because I was new to the area but after watching for 20minutes or so, I could see that there was a young lady who looked like she was teaching the class but it did not look like there was much control over what was going on. Eventually a heavy set man came out of his office and started shouting commands, I think once he realized that there was some one else watching that was new. There were a few parents sitting on a bench which seemed a little tacky. I had asked one of the parents what they were paying and could not justify paying the cost that was mentioned
