VERY SATISFIED . Maintenance was very helpful with working with me in only hours to fix the issues in my unit. Michael, the manager, called me personally to make sure everything was done. My building is very quite and custodial staff keeps it clean at least twice a week. To get issues resolved, just reach out to management and maintenance. This is only my experience.

It was a nice place at the beginning, and then things just started falling apart. Not sure if it was because of the people who lived there before, or just maintenances fault, but it got annoying having to fix things by myself. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from every apartment so it was always very loud. I do like how spacious the apartment is, and i love the updated appliances. Some staff were friendly others were very rude and unprofessional.

This apartment would have gotten 5 stars from me if they weren’t such thieves. Every month, there’s a new random charge and you don’t even understand what it is you are paying for. Feels like our rent goes up by $100 every month and that’s frustrating especially when we don’t know why.
Also, the last day for payment is 5th and these people would already file in court on the 6th just to steal more money from you. This comment might get deleted so I’m just gonna post over over again

Decent apartment but smells of cigarettes. terrible roads leading into and around. HUGE speedbumps that will bottom your car out. way too expensive for what you get! look elsewhere. edit: washing machines are totally out of service in our building, and have been for almost a week. what gives?

Spent just over 11 months at Cromwell Valley prior to returning home, I appreciated the staff and the support of the maintenance team. Would certainly return to Cromwell Valley, if I returned back to Baltimore for another work project. Thanks David

This apartment is well with it. The apartment is a great size and location. The staff are super sweet and maintenance gets done quickly. The grounds are managed extremely well. I’ve lived here for five years and it has been my best apartment experience by far.

Beautiful apartments with lots of space, and storage space. Great home if you don't pay attention to detail. Nice upgrade to a regular sized 2 bedroom apartment, at an acceptable rate. Kid & Animal friendly. Pool, gym and tennis court is definitely a bonus. Would recommend to anyone. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The school district is why I moved here. The living experience is not unpleasant for the price. Parking is definitely a challenge and needs improvement. For the price, my kiddo going to Cromwell Valley Magnet, and also the noise, the weed smells, the turnover of neighbors...it's a trade off. It's a better space than Courthouse Square.

Cromwell Valley is a great community to live. The neighbors are wonderful. Me having disability challenges, neighbors jump right in voluntarily to help me getting groceries etc to our apartment. It is very peaceful and quite. The management is outstanding!
We recommend Cromwell Valley Apartment to those who is looking for peaceful surroundings to consider Cromwell...

Cromwell Valley apartments is a beautiful apartment complex to live in! I feel very at home here. The staff are friendly, nice, and helpful. The area is peaceful and safe. The apartment complex and how it is managed is very organized. I like how they manage waste. For example there are trash bins at the end of each apartment complex where you can place your trash. I appreciate how quickly they handle maintenance requests. I also like how they have recycling as well. I like that there is a playground where children can play. I also like that people can go for a walk or run and walk their dogs. Cromwell

Apartment services runs this, avoid renting from them at any cost. They are not worth the hardship definitely not worth $1300 a month. My experience has been the worst and I won't wish it upon anyone

Update:

It's July 12th 2019 and I'm moving at the end of the month. But of course not before the apartment over top of me floods and the community half gets the job done. Attaching photos of how my master bed & bath looks after they have said the work order was completed.

This place is nice, the pool is great although they only hire school students as lifeguards so although it is pool season they only open on weekends and weekday's are closed until school let's out, which is an inconvenience. The fitness center is nice but small and it's very hot. Most of the staff there is nice, although there are some exceptions, an employee of their leasing center whom has an obvious attitude in her tone and behavior. She isn't exactly helpful with things, she gives off that "I don't like my job very much" sort of vibe. I think her name was

Nice front office, quick maintenance, spacious apartments (even in the second bedroom of a 2-bedroom), and no major issues. Just wish 1-bedrooms were a little more affordable or I would have stayed beyond the 3 years I lived here.
