I lived at this property up until about July 2019. I truly enjoyed my experience. Even at an older property, the renovations and added details around the property made it feel welcoming and homey. The maintenance team is one-of-a-kind. We got to know them personally, not from numerous requests but from seeing them around the complex. As they got to know my partner and I, whenever we had any issues in the apartment I trusted them wholeheartedly and knew they would take care of my apartment while I was absent. My husband and I were in a time crunch when we moved back to MD. We unexpectedly popped into the leasing office and the manager Kelly was super friendly and was able to take us on a tour right away. She answered all my silly questions with a smile and was so helpful. We decided that this was going to be our new home!

I have lived here for about 2 years and I am now going to move out due to some cons of Stevenson Lane apartments. So lets start with those; Some of the big problems is that they don't offer month to month leases and if they offer a short term lease, it is ridiculously priced now. There has always been construction the past two years- from the whole building shaking cause of rooftop construction to people poking holes through the walls because they were installing washer/driers. It has been ridiculous how many times I have been woken up cause of a loud noises- so yeah, the walls are paper thin.
