Towson Place Apartments

Lovely comfortable and quiet place close to mall, restaurant and other attractions but just far enough from all those places to block out all the noise.Great staff, family friendly and would definitely recommend to person looking to live in Towson.

This place cost way too much for poor service. Their internet never works

After contacting several other properties on behalf of my son while searching for a place for him to live for his senior year of college, and getting very few replies, we reached out to Towson Place Apartments via email.
Within minutes, I received a friendly, welcoming reply. We've been working with Miranda, who quickly found my son an apartment to suit his needs. She's been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the leasing process. She's worked hard to make sure we know we're all set and has calmed my nerves several times. We have been pleased with Towson Place! Even in a very rainy day, their employees greeted everyone who drove through with a smile. They were helpful on the phone and pleasant. We had a maintenance issue and the maintenance people were very helpful and friendly and made sure the issue was taken care of in a timely manner.

Towson place apartments were a place to live but that’s the only nice thing I can say. The front gates don’t work, which caused multiple dangerous incidents during my stay. Rent is extremely expensive for what you get, and many things listed in the lease are not actually available. Rats run everywhere and is just poorly ran. I would never stay here again. Try to avoid this place at all cost.

Incompetent management. policies and rules make no sense. literally live anywhere else.

Good Morning All! I have had the wonderful pleasure to work with Ms. Miranda Jones. She greatly, and I do mean greatly assisted my Son and I. I was quite impress with her knowlwdge of the process as she patiently guided my Son and I through what I call very incumberson process. She put our minds at ease. This is the first time for my Son. He spent time talking to Ms. Jones and had questions for her, in which she answered. Thank you Ms. Jones for ALL you did.

Just finished my first semester at TPA. (I have another year-long lease beginning in July.) There's a few small things I could nitpick about, but nothing major. My experience living here has been great overall. I like my apartment, the staff is always friendly and easy to work with (Deena and Sean (one of the maintenance guys) are awesome!), I'm practically on campus, etc. Five stars. :)

Mrs. Trina is amazing! I have honestly never had such a smooth process with any apartment complex. She follows through and makes sure you're taken cared off. In less than 2 days we finished all the application process. She went above and beyond by working after hours to make sure I was taken cared off as my work schedule did not align with their operating hours. Even on the days she's supposed to be off. I called on memorial day left a voicemail to expressed by interest since the office was closed. she called be back the same day and gave all the information I needed. I was very please and satisfied

I can say that I am extremely happy I’ll be living in my dream area Jamie was a big help for me she stood by my side made sure everything was taken care of approve me for the place I wanted her customer service skills is tremendous I was shock do to my last place experience But every time I seen her it was always good vibes and I’m glad I trusted her during this process because I will be having my own again Next Month

The WORST place I have ever lived!! Maintenance NEVER show up. The people in the call centers are incredibly rude and condescending. Also, the stairs are poorly lit. It's not worth it! Would not recommend!

We moved our daughter into her apartment this past weekend. We had a wonderful experience from the ladies at the key tent to the movers and Miss Twist. They all made the move swift and pleasant. I am most appreciative.

I love living here. The proximity to campus, the furnished apartments, and the friendly maintenance workers are all great features. I would recommend living here for students moving out of the dorms.

Nice units and more than convenient location but professional staff is rude and sometimes unresponsive to emails. Parking policies are unreasonable (especially at this price range). Maintenance and grounds staff however is very friendly and efficient. Will not be returning next year.

I was the Guarantor for my grandson who lived here for three years. He started out in a shared two bedroom, then a three bedroom, then a studio. Overall it was a good experience. I found the staff to be helpful, polite and courteous. The maintenance staff responded and made repairs of all things entered into the work order system. The location… is excellent. Directly across the street from campus. This is a business. Follow the rules, treat the staff with respect, pay on time and your experience will be a good one. Great apartment. Close to the school, and very secured with a key code gate. The customer service has always been exceptional when I've interacted with each. I'm very greatful to be here, after being out of college for a while. Community is full of students, very quiet and peaceful, and can't beat the price! Won't be living anywhere else as long as I attend Towson.
